B****y website Ordered sale items, went to checkout, and all the 50% stuff went back to 100% ! Gave up.....

They usually email and text when it's ready for collection, then you just go in and give your surname and order number

Very happy with my boots order, placed on 24th, recieved for home delivery on 27th! Annoyed with the packing though, one large toy was well packed separately which was fine, all my other littleish items in one box with no padding! Ended up with 1 set trashed inside it's box and another 2 slightly ripped. Still happy with the items though as my local is only small and didn't have anything of what i got online

Had an email to say order was dispatched waited 4 days still not arrived, rang boots to check where it was, apparently yodel delivered it & left it in an out building!!! We live in a pub ,checked the CCTV and no delivery has been made, boots say I have to wait 2 weeks before I can claim and yodel are not interested, wish I'd done deliver to store. HATE YODEL!!!

Nope, but I ordered items on the 24th and 25th and the order from the 25th arrived at my house on Friday. However, my order from the 24th hasn't arrived yet and is currently 'Hub Trailer Via Sorter', whatever that means!

I also placed an order on Christmas, stupidly didn't check properly and had chosen deliver to store instead of Home delivery. Anyhow, date given was 3rd January. Got an email on Friday to say it had been dispatched and date would be the 3rd January still, but my account is still showing processing.... I'm just hoping for the best now lol

Yodel 'lost' my order and hundreds of others last year. Boots were aware of the issue and were very good at refunding though. One of my other orders was also opened and items missing. Yodel are a nightmare.

On a good note....... I have literally just received a despatch email from boots for my second order. 3 separate parcels by the looks of it being delivered by DPD with the first one being sent via Hermes.

So for those still waiting on despatch emails, there is still hope you'll get your order. I must say I was having doubts!

That's a super price, especially if you pick one up instore, avoiding having to faff around with online ordering or making the order up to £20 so that delivery charges don't apply. I've only ever seen it go £1 lower than this (a few weeks before Xmas) but that was online exclusive, not available instore. They were £19.99 instore just before Xmas.
