Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
MsGigglewick congratulations on becoming an Auntie, I also became one earlier in the year and am having so much fun buying Christmas presents for her :j

and Mrs-Moneypenny - Come to Derbyshire - I'll quite happily give you some of our snow, normally plenty to go around!

Not been on here for a while so I'm planning to catch up later with a glass of wine and maybe write some cards out. Hope everyone is well, and excited for Christmas of course.

I'm pretty organised, just my mums, brothers, brother-in-law and BFs presents to sort out, and I know what I'm getting them, just waiting for payday! Everything I have is wrapped.

My BF is very into football and thinks he's the next Jose Mourinho, so I'm doing him a "Football Manager Starter Kit" I want it to look quite high-end and sophisticated, ideas so far: An adidas football, "The Managers" hardback book, a leather Manchester City wallet, a bottle of champagne with chocolates and champagne flutes, a bottle of vodka and shot glasses, aftershave, socks and an Esquire/GQ subscription. I wanted some match tickets but it seems they're like gold dust now MCFC have got all too big for their boots. If anyone has any other ideas that would be great.

My main problem is finding something to present it in, it's going to need to be quite large!

    Debt-free and Proud!
Snow! Where? Gimme, gimme, gimme! I love having snow but then I don't have to drive in it, we're in a commuter area so the roads get gritted etc. It makes my dull and grim town look pretty. Can't wait for the kitten to experience snow, I reckon he'll love it!
Snow makes me feel quite festive too :)

    snow... yak.. NO LIKEY!!!!

Half cost parcel here.. off to out it away and do dinner..

DS3 is having an ipod.. I got him some snazzy headphones so when his money goes in tomorrow I'll get that and I should have done with main gifts and just have fillers for the 2 boys, books for the 2 younger girls and Lush for my smelly children.. I love getting them toiletries.. it is consumable so no clutter and I would have to buy it through the year anyway.

I have a veg & meat delivery every Friday from Riverford farms. Plus got stuff in the freezer, bread etc so should be ok but we rarely get snow this early in the SE (she said, jinxing herself!)

Riverford farms are near me, I occasionally work with them !

What's a thumb doodle? I just looked but still can't make out what they are. They might be good for my 6 yr old DS

Me neither, I enjoyed the first few times, but can't be bothered with it now. Same with X factor.

I have been using up my stockpile, so i will need to get it replenished. I always do in the winter after living in Aberdeenshire for a few years (-18 )

Along the edge of the book are little ink pads, the book tells you which fingers to put in which pad and where to put them on paper, then it shows you where to ad lines to makes yoda or att sounds complicated but my 8 year loves it and he struggles with written instructions, but as its visual hes fine
