  • Fiesty - The stag design is lovely! Your so talented x

Pinksteps - I need a craft cupboard, except, like linky ours is a new build and storage space is in short supply!

Yippee, another £30 amazon vouchers redeemed via valued ops, so have just ordered the willow tree figure dd's chose for their nana, and a a couple of yankee votive/tealight holders! I also gave in and placed my studio order, so we will have lots of lovely new christmas decorations this year ... I cant wait!
DD2 lost her 1st tooth tonight (whilst at nana's) so as per our agreement from about two years ago - she will be having her ears pierced next week! Funny how children never forget what you tell them when its something they want!!!
Went back to morrisons today for more baileys - only to find they had sold out :(

  • Ah, my cupboard was my butlers pantry [sounds grand]. Decided to have a clear out of all the food stored so i can bake and freeze next week. It has been one of my really not so mse purchases [along with matching sideboard] when I finally became debt free but i hope it will last a lifetime.
  • Hi all, just popping in to say hi as I haven't managed to catch up yet. I've had a really busy week at work as I've been covering for 3 people as well as doing my own work, DH is stressed at work as he has an inspection from their regulator coming up plus we're in the middle of having our bathroom done so things are a bit chaotic at the moment! I'm just flaked out on the sofa now! Hope you're all ok, i'm going to catch up now but wanted to post in case it takes me ages! :)

Pink, I too am in a shoe box new build and am in awe of that cupboard!

OMO, it can indeed be posted ;)

Well I am having to order stock for the shop for Christmas. It is terribly addictive and I am having to reign in the spending! There is so much beautiful stuff on offer, but I have to keep telling myself that I still have to count the pennies!

Also, can anyone recommend a really nice Christmas essential oil? We have an oil burner in the shop, and I would love to have one to burn and perhaps even to sell too :D

Im an aromatherapist so this is my speciality! Frankincense is beautiful, especially if you mix with just a little ginger!
I would also recommend clove and cinnemon, and you cant go wrong with a few drops of manderin, not exactly christmassy but very winter warming! (I say mandarin as sweet and bitter orange can both be a little overpowering!) All of the oils I have suggested have no contraindications, just incase you get some fussy allergy sufferer in!
You can also buy a specific christmas blend, look at the naturally thinking website, theyre almost as cheap as trade only suppliers, and good quality oils too!
Sorry to rave, can you tell Im passionate lol xx

  • Sorry, multiple post time, but I have just grabbed my first Flubit bargain! They saved me £4.20 off the already low amazon price! Off to try again with yankee candles now - would thoroughly recommend anyone who doesnt already use them to give it a go!
