    Has anyone seen the giant paper gift bags anywhere???

    I want some for grandchildren and older childrens few gifts which are silly in the huge plastic sacks.. the ones I had last year were about 2ftx3ft but I cannot for the life of me remember where from... I need 8 I think.. PLEASE!

    :eek: So did I! They were great in the hallway filled with all the wrapping paper, much better than black plastic bags!

    I'm currently watching the Gavin & Stacey Christmas special on Gold, love it! :T

    Thanks everyone for the Christmas film ideas for my CE hamper, I've decided to go for Nativity, hopefully DH will like it!

    Ruth_honey I can't do horror films either, i'll stick to the soft stuff too! Good suggestion with Ghostbusters - i'm going to put it on my list for next year. :)

    Crowdpleaser I sympathise with the estate agents telling you what you what you want to hear rather the truth, we had that all the time when we were buying our house. I do hope it all comes through for you soon so you can get on with it all, my fingers are crossed for you.

    OMO that's interesting stuff about your history, learning in that detail where you've come from! Like I said before I found out I come from a Scottish clan so would really like to investigate that more.

    Nanamia that link was amusing. I agree with snugglebunny, these people love to whinge but no-one is forcing them to look at the stuff/eat the sandwiches etc! And for those of us not offended it gives us a chance to get organised and enjoy it all!

    I'm ashamed to admit this on here, but after all of the talk of Christmas films I have to admit that I've never seen It's A Wonderful Life! :eek: I am determined to rectify that this year, i'm sure it'll be on the TV at some point...

    I have a quick question, i'm going to make some nice sausage rolls for Christmas and wanted to do them in advance and freeze them, how far in advance do you think it's ok to do it?

    I'm in Dorset. Thanks. I'm hoping I will be able to get some this year and I will stock up, lol.
