Fiesty - so sorry for your sad news, virtual hugs coming your way. It is a great shock to lose someone suddenly, my DH grandad passed in a similar way, he was at our wedding full of love and happiness and a week later in hospital and then passed. The one thing we hold dear to us is that the last time we all saw each other it was a happy get together and wonderful memories. He to was a kind and loving man, greatly missed but lovingly remembered by the whole family. x

Hope the relaunch goes well today, let us all know how you are doing, take care x

Sending deepest sympathies to Feisty, can't believe things are going so wrong for you. It must get better soon.

Messed up a post last night. Wanted to say that tescos had maltesers advent calendars and the big Dairy Milk (not 90g but 182g ones) calendars on 2 for £4 - stocked up on mine with a Hello Kitty one for DD for £1 at Iceland too.

Segsations, half price at £2 box at tesco. This is probably the best price we will see before Christmas. Tins are long gone for whoever asked, we scoured the shops last Christmas on this thread but they weren't around then, either.

The Sun has a small poundland leaflet in with the TV pages today. £2 off a £12 spend voucher until 31/10. HTH someone.

  • Thanks to all who have asked after me. Still a bit dizzy at times. Hope you are all well and thinking of Feisty.
OMO just put in an order for the cushions so will pick them up on Monday. Thanks for the tip about doubling up clubcard points as they only cost me £3 for the 4.
Loving the sound of all the baking but am going to lose 1 stone by Christmas with S World. I have lost 2lb and I am not going to go daft at Christmas and eat loads-that is the plan but it might all go down hill as we get nearer to the big day itself and temptation rears it's head. I have told my Husband not to buy me any Chocolate this year but we will have some left over so watch this space!!!!
We have bought an actifry recently and we having chips with everything but they are healthy with fry light on them and not fat.
Hope everyone is finding bargains this weekend. Bye!

  • choccymoose Im so sorry to ehar that :( sending you a big hug, its a horrible feeling isnt it? I rememebr mine got done, my first car a few years ago, we live in a 'nice' part of our town too but the good news was the police took it very seriously and they did catch the person (broke into several others) it freaked me out totally as my car was on the drive and it was overnight; those people make me so angry as they have probably never worked a day in their lives and just take from other people *hugs*. Water in houses freaks me out too - one day I would like to lvie in a house where there is no water!!!
  • I have just seen a post on another Christmas site from Mum2one and she has put on a lovely beaded bracelet-purple from Argos priced £14.99 in the sale number 2247380. It may be useful for someone.
