Now I just have to
A decorate them
B name them
C find somewhere to hang them.
I think I am coming down with something. I slept for 10 hours last night and could have easily stayed in bed this morning. I also fell asleep when I got home from work. The delivery driver woke me when she knocked.
Hope you are pleased with them OMO, cant wait to see pics, hope you feel better soonHello all :jI'm de lurking. Have been reading for a few months and thought ild join in. I started my Xmas shopping on boxing day  so I have a massive box of gift sets, soap etc for £12 all my wrapping paper and cards for 10p :T
Am doing my dad and his partner a green & black chocolate hamper so have been picking them up when I see them half price.
So now I've only got my DS 3 and dd1 to buy for :T
Am currently poorly with a sinus infection (oh the pain) but once I'm better I'm gonna make a start on the rest.
Happy shopping everyone

Thank you to everyone on the thread for sharing links, pictures and finds - feeling very festive now. Though was very disappointed with Asda today, I wanted gingerbread man wrapping paper!
In other news, as much as I love Christmas, my OH just called me Scrooge because I don't like Christmas cake, Christmas pudding and am only just coming around to the idea of mince pies! Anyone else have this embarrassing affliction?Hobnobs are like marines0 -

I am shattered, fingers hurt and eyes going squiffy, but yeyyyyy I am now totally, completely up to date on posts.
Off to bed.... Last lot of waffle below, and apologies for hogging the thread today.
Nanamia - That wallpaper is stunning. And... more gorgeous cakes to drool over. They are amazing, you are so creative. The tree story is beautiful and brought a tear to my eye.
I need an excuse to go to Bents (my favourite xmas place) tomorrow, but as I have work 8-5 and then sons karate class 6-7 I cant logically think how I can. I Will mither DH to come at the weekend. He likes Bents, and always wants to buy all the lights.
Ameyturtle - Have a rest and put your feet up, and if you dont already have one, then get Santa to treat you to a foot spa. When money was really tight, on more that one ocassion I had 2 jobs :- One full time (Office based) and One part time either retail or waitressing (Wed evening and Saturday/Sunday on my feet) and hubby kindly got me a foot spa and it was very well used and appreciated.
OMO - Love the cup wreath, and love the stags. What's the the new thread namei? I am sooooo impatient
Fluffysox - WOW! Love the wedding pics.
Pateroo, SIRENS, loubylou1982, Totality, Saver88 and fritillaria - Hello! This is definitely the thread and place for you.
Picnmix - Big Hugs
Snugglebunny8 - Sad to read about how you were treated at work. She clearly has no people/HR skills. Glad you raised it with your boss, and glad she has behaved this week.
Dirtyknees - I have also bought the Gingerbread latte.
04624181 - Hope the injection helps , and sorry you are in so much pain now.
Princesskitty29 - Xmas shopping when on holiday shows true xmas nutter commitment. You should win an award :rotfl:
Kaya1991 - Well done on your positive year
Aliaslotte - Sorry to hear you have lost your job
Disabled_NCIS_fan - Dental pain is horrid. hope you are feeling better now
Junior_J - Glad you are home and hope you heal well. Since I have been on a fair amount of meds, the reminders on my Iphone have been my best friend. They remind me of everything, even to take meds. Make lists wherever you need to.
Quidsy - Your shopping list is great, thank you, I am going to print it off
Weeclick - OMG you have had so much happen to you. Glad to see you on the thread.
Choccymoose - You have every right to be proud of your son.
Mkgirl1981 - Thanks for the Primarni pics. I NEED those xmas guest towels.
Pinksteps - Hugs re your DS. Glad you have done something for you and DS with tax credits backpay.
CupOfChai - Remember the tortoise and the hare... You will probably end up beating most of us.
I am also on red alert for M&S Snowglobe biscuits being half price.
I need to get to Disney Store to get the Christmas shopper gift bags, and I buy a yearly disney bauble every year, but as they go so quickly I try and get one as soon as they in store.
I also need to invade my local BHS (Trafford Centre) as I always get a lot from their xmas shop, and need to buy the Merry Xmas Mr Bean DVD as in MKGirl1981s pic.
Does anyone have any MrT inside info as to if they are doing to the selection box offer they did last year. I think it was Buy One get Two Free.
Finally....my username is for the same sort of reason as Crowdpleaser. I was a massive Big Brother fan and loved series 3 (with Jade etc) and created my username on another forum where we discussed Big Brother. BB is also coincidentally my initials.
xxAims for 2014
Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once.0 -
Wilkinsons has excellent Christmas stuff this year
I may or may not of accidentally come home with 2 X 12m wrapping paper 2 for £3... the one had owls on it I couldnt resist... I LOVE owls!but they arent silver so they are going to be "Father Christmas" wrapping paper. Ever since I was little ( about 4 maybe 5) and questioned why my bike from Father Christmas was wrapped in mum and dads wrapping paper... (by the way he had run short and had to borrow some)... my mum has bought separate paper for Father Christmas. The fact me and my sister are now 24 and 17 hasn't halted the separate paper, or that we have 1 pile which is from Father Christmas and 1 from mum and dad... lol.
I got gingerbread man paper for my sisters presents from Father Christmas...
I also had to buy the matching labels for my paper ... owls to blame again...
And the matching taffeta ribbon, I think its going to look awesome around presents wrapped in brown paper...
xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.
even when it feels like your not....0 -

My username comes from liking warm feet. I have quite a collection of bed socks for Winter tine. Also some amazing microwaveable slippers that DH bought me one Christmas. My feet get cold in the Winter.
