  • Ok. This week im going to buy 3 more non perishables, mock up a candy sleigh to see what else I need and move the stuff in my wardrobe to my locker at work. House wise im going to clean out the fridge coz quite frankly, minging.
  • Morning all, just quickly popping in to say hi, hope everyone is ok and this weeks tasks will be to buy more fabric to get on with sewing items. Tidy the conservatory as it looks like a bombs gone off and once cleared I can use it for storing more christmas bits. That's probably enough as its end of the month which means accounts time :-( so that will take a lot of the week.
Have a good Sunday everyone only 12 Sundays left until christmas :-) x

Didn't find any candy canes so that has rolled to next week. I did get some things that were earmarked for later weeks so dont feel too bad. I am now on holiday mode so will only be saving 20 quid a week until November now.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

  • Happy birthday for yesterday whitesatin and Spendless – hope you both had a lovely day

Junior j you are doing extremely well considering everything you are going through. Sending you virtual hugs xx

Nitnurse-not2 thanks for the heads up with wilkies

Wuvvies so sorry to hear about you and your daughter. I must admit that at 16-19 mine and my mothers relationship was very strained. We did go through a lot, I wasn’t particular a wild child but we just didn’t see eye toeye. I can now confess that she is one of my best friends. I think that you are doing a great job and all you can do is be there for her. Re – Christmas presents I think she will be home for chrismas so just buy her gifts like you had already planned. If for some reason she is not home, they will be at your house waiting for her when she is ready.

Freespirit you are doing well with the money stashed away in the gift wallets. I am well jealous haha x

Omo – I get a bit lost on pinterest, I do have some pins but often things are repeated and I get bored. The stag head looks great and very classy x

Nanamia – hope you living room is going ok, you are doing well! Just think of all that body magic! Haha xxx I lost another 2lbs this week so I got my ½ stone certificate! Am so happy and can really tell with my body shape. Am helping out at class next week as somebody is off for an operation. Have only been going 3 weeks and we already feel like part of the furniture. I forgot to ask you about bents? Is that what its called? The garden centre that’s magical? I live in bury so may take a trip out there. I am debating the tea with santa at summerseat garden centre. I used to take my son when he was little and he loved it.

Fiesty fidget- you have done really well to sit downm and crunch your numbers. When you meet the bank ask them to work out how much the charges would be per month for using the overdraft. I used to work for H*BC bank and know that they can work out all charges so you can make a more informed decision. Im not normally an advocate for credit cards but have you though about 1 or maybe 2 interest free credit cards ? This way you can use the money and pay back with no/minimal charges? (sorry if you have already thought of this)

Chrissy G – I am waiting for my Christmas fix at ikea so thanks for the heads up that there is not much there x woohoo for the house sale xx

Pinknfluffy your homemade quiche sounds like a lovely treat, a walk will blow the cobwebs off and you will feel great when you settle down in your pjs later. We are having an early pj evening as we have promised the kids we will watch the original peter pan Disney film with popcorn and sweets for them and a big plateful of fruit for me a la slimming world haha. I cant wait!!
  • Hi to everyone new and welcome xx Big hugs to everybody I have forgot. Im suffering from sever lack of sleep but now both kids are over their illnesses and will be back at school/nursery tomorrow thank goodness.

I have finished writing my special Christmas cards and have only one special card left to buy! Whoop whoop
