Did food shop today so not really xmassy ... though i did do a bit of lego feeling and got an elf and gingerbread man again lol.. just want one more elf then i'll leave it to dd1 to pick lol.
Tescos offers change tomorrow so i just grabbed what i needed for the next couple of days and i'll wait for the new offers.. couldn't pop to newlook to get my order as dd1 was with me. must remember to collect it!
Going to collect dd4 in a bit then home for lunch, make a stew, then play with libbie and knit some reindeer hats for the elves.. might even burn some mulled wine candles cause im feeling rather festive..
Hope those who are ill are feeling a lil bit better today. Those feeling stressed can grasp a few mins for themselves to take a few deep breaths and keep on fighting.Totally debt free wohooo 2014

Back from tesco, got 6 assorted xmas theme chochs (2 for £1) to use as elf gifts for those days when theyre too tired to think up mischeif!
Also picked up 2 x mini kinder chocs tubes & m&m's tubes for stockings (all £1 each). Cookie dough was on special offer at £1, and then buy one get one free, so picked 4 up to freeze and 2 to give girls a treat tonight! Wow, this thread is flying!!
Hugs to everyone that needs them, there's a few of you in need over the past few days
Started to sort out a winter store cupboard stock pile thanks to home bargains this morning!
I am a bit rubbish on these tasks (apologies on my own!) have used the food list to list our xmas food on though & have on my owns on pages ready to start at some point :rotfl:
Nia & Mali's birthdays are 8th/9th november so trying to sort out Nia's party at the moment, katsuma krunch, slopcorn & pop rox anyone? Watching the prices of now 82 & 84 on Amazon, they were both £7 del when I had no money & now back up again that I have but I still have another month to go!
Home bargains have candy canes in. I also bought a talking orange same as this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Annoying-Orange-Collectible-Talking-Figure/dp/B006RJV30E/ref=pd_sim_sbs_k_h_b_cs_3 for £1.99 i've never heard of it before but know it will appeal to my seven year old!! Spent far too much in home bargains but mainly on boring stuff like kitchen roll, pasta, chopped tomatoes and plug in refills!Spreading a little Christmas joy all year round :santa2:0 -
I saw two different types of candy canes in the 99p Shop. Didn't see what flavours they were though.:rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf: :rudolf:0

Just about recovered from yesterdays visit to the range, what a great store, got some lovely little knick knacks things for stamping things for crimping, things for candles and some pot things for... ideas please maybe pot pourri.
Been grocery shopping b-o-r-i-n-g yawn yawn, but, hangs head in shame, I succumbed in Mr Ts and bought the celebrations tub after all. No 'won't power', that's me all over.
Need to crack on and iron, and start to decide what I need to take with me for my London jaunt next week, so looking forward to it, especially Harrods Christmas room, (starts hyperventilating) and the Jack the Ripper tour.
Hugs and happy vibes all round xxx0 -
[QUOTE=Snugglebunny8;63231788]Im afraid that is 3 F1 GPs Ive not fully watched in a row now, it isnt good for the sport to have such dominance although I dont agree with the booing and I dont think it is either BRB or Vettels fault, it is up to the others to catch up and challenge him, or at least poach Adrian Newey LOL!
if the WDC is won with several races to go people will just switch off like in the Schumacher era
was so exciting for a few years especially when Lewis first came into the sport, hope they can jazz it back up for 2014!QUOTE]
I agree, it isn't Vettel's fault. All we can do now is hope that next season will be closer. It was really exciting when Lewis first came in, I hope they can get back to that. I suppose it doesn't always matter if the same person wins but it would be nice if there was a challenge and they didn't just ride out into the sunset! We shall see what next year brings...
I love your quotes by the way, very inspiring ones to have to hand. My husband always says 'everything will come out in the wash' - I like that one too.
Suqueena your son is adorable! I do hope that you can get some help with the nursery. x
Crowdpleaser glad to hear your daughter is doing better. Thanks for the heads up on the ale, my FiL loves trying new ones and records them on a spreadsheet so that'll be a great little gift for him.
mrsinvisible have a great time in London, I love Harrods Christmas shop! I also really love Harrods at Christmas time when it's lit up outside, I could stand looking at it for ages just saying 'wow!'.0
