Popped into The Range this afternoon and saw this Winnie the Pooh Bop Bag for £1. Seemed silly not to get one.

Ooooh Linky you've frightened me into posting :) I've been back just over a week (9th) but unfortunately the BD followed me all the way to Oz then travelled back in my suitcase:( I've been popping on to try and post but then not been able to do it:( I've truly missed you all and your support. And promise to try harder :)

Thanks Linky quickly trying to catch up.

Gettingtherequickly I've been thinking about you and your family when I've caught glimpses on the news. I'm so glad they are all safe, how very very disappointing for you though. And all the thought and preperations that you'd done. Lets hope it won't be too long before things are stable again xxx

Chrissy great to hear things went so well for your DD :)

Feisty I've not gone far enough yet but sounds like you are having an awful time with DHs care. Does your hospital have a Patient Liason service? They'd be useful right now I think. I've also phoned DH consultants secretary in the passed and the consultant rang me back. Gently does it with DH but a few quiet words in the right ear wouldn't go amiss xxx

picked up an angry birds headwarmer/hat from argos £3.99 http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Search/searchTerms/ANGRY+BIRD+HEAD+WARMER.htm don't think it will make it to the xmas stash though if the weather gets as cold as they predict

gettingtherequickly can't go too wrong with a food hamper esp with a few of his fave treats otherwise does he have any hobbies/interests that have been put on the backburner
this year do something that scares you for courage is not the absence of fear just the knowledge that some things are worth the risk
  • Thanks for all of your kind thoughts about my family in Egypt, they are really glad that I cancelled (albeit temporarily!) and just trying to keep safe, which is all we can hope for. Got my insurance claim form today, so will get that sent of next week, may even get my money back before I re-book my flight :D

Think I will start a food hamper for my brother, got a few months to get some nice stuff for it.

Nana, why do I have a complete blind spot when I see your name, did you know it is Nanamania? :o
