I have had a really bad day. Text Robbies mum to say I was walking him back to discover they had all gone out. Told her I was not happy and they could have asked if I could have him longer. Next thing I am getting abuse from her sister saying I am a sh*t mother and strangers have told her to be careful because I am so nasty. But she is not frightened of me. I ended up ringing her and telling her they are all sick in the head, and if she not frightened she knows where I live. I was just so cross, but now I don't know if I will see him again.
But I just couldn't not say anything.
We will just have to see. My bestie says they will realise how much I had him when they have to have him all the time with no break. But it doesn't make me feel any better.0 -

OMO as crap and worrying as it feels, you definitely did the right thing. I am so sorry you had to go through that - they obviously felt guilty after just leaving Robbie with you for longer then mentioned and it hit a nerve when you called them on it. Chin up chuck x2024 Challenges

Another day of excellent bargains at carboot. Some gorgeous baby stuff. Have to restrain myself as we already have things from DS but it will be a different seasonto be fair. Bought lots all bargains, lots still with labels or in box etc. I don't buy anything not in good condition.
Bought a Viz annual for DH as part of his Christmas stocking (more like a hamper/ box of fave sweets, few different ales, smelling etc) but DS pulled it out the bag in front of him and he was looking grumpy so I let him (DH) have it lol.
Also got two board books for DS, the type with buttons at the side to play music. Gave him the Incy Windy Spider one as he's loving that song at the moment and the other one will be put away
Only had 3 wine glasses that match, just gradually get broke. But bought a set of six really nice cut glass ones for £1 all ready for when I'm able to share a nice bottle at ChristmasWas tempted by Christmas decorations and Christmassy cuddly toys but I think DH would object since storage is limited, we have been decluttering recently whoops!

On a brighter note one of my besties( the one I go away with at Christmas) has just phoned to say she has a spare ticket for the X Factor tomorrow and would dd like to go as a late birthday pressie.
So it is now all stations go here, as they are leaving for London at 9 in the morning.

OMO How very exciting! Hope you have a wonderful time
fluffy I am a bit of a car boot magpie too! A few family members turn their nose up at my ebay and carboot habits, but they are usually the ones that comment on my lovely items2024 Challenges

Saw my brother yesterday and he asked if I wanted wine boxes. Looked at him blankly as I don't drink. Then he said that he thought I might like to use them for hampers for Christmas! Well, you can imagine the brain going into overdrive! Anyway,it turns out that someone he knows has access to wooden wine boxes which are just destroyed once emptied so the friend has started making "bespoke" furniture from them. They are perfect for dvd racks, each box will hold about 20, so will have new racks made up to tidy up my stash. Brother, bless him, is coming up to measure sp I can max use of min space.
Was horrified when he told me that a box alone is being sold on ebay for about £10 each:eek: I will only have to pay a token cost for my new dvd racks.
Now, what can I put in hampers???????????:DA smile costs little but creates much0 -
Just ordered a Tassimo T4 for £30 on Facebook.
Go to Tassimo uk. Click link, you then get a code that you put in your order.
Can't get car until tomorrow as it is not taxed. Am waiting for an email from my insurance company.
But the garage are doing some bits to it while they have it.
Re-gassing air con
2 new tyre
Good clean. ( bit dusty)
It has a small dent in the boot, but I am going to take it back in a couple of weeks and they are going to get it out. They have someone come in and do it with a machine.
