    Xmas Saver!
    Can't sleep.

Why is live so complicated . EDIT why do I make live so complicated.

Can't view the cars until Monday. The owner is away for the weekend, and we dang get a discount without him being there. So Zi will have to take Monday off work as well now .

The complicated bit. There are 2 Picassos there.

Car 1, £800 dearer than car 2. One year newer than car 2. I love the colour (gold) and it has a tow bar. But it has Cream seats . () diesel.

Car 2, £800 cheaper. No towbar but lovely panoramic sunroof. ( but sunroof means no roof box)! Can have tow bar fitted with money saved. Also has personal number plate. (Don't know what it is yet) silver in colour with blue seats. (More practical but boring). Petrol.

I know I cant really decide until I see them on Monday, but I can't stop it going round in my head.

There are bits I like off both. Dd wants the personalised number plate. She doesn't care what if says. :rotfl:

Omo what is the mileage on both?

Free spirit, he is being referred back to urology and they will decide whether a new op is needed x

Older one 660 newer one 820, but it is diesel. And mileage on diesel isn't the same as petrol. Also for some reason all the reviews I read when I got the one I have now said the more miles they do the faster and smoother they drive.

So the mileage isn't really an issue. But the newer one has only had one owner from new. So I know it has been looked over. I expect I will pay the extra and get the newer one.

Unless the older ones number plate spells my initials. Then it will be a sign. ( as my nan would say) :rotfl:

ETA newer one manual, older one automatic.

Off to lidl shortly, need a gift for DS's childminders. They are married couple who are in their 60s. Been amazing with my little boy from age 9 months to now 26 months. But I finish work this week for Summer hols (teacher) and only back in work for 2 weeks in September before maternity leave (they are away on holiday those weeks) Can't afford to pay for childcare regulaly on SMP and he will be in preschool the September after. So although we intend to keep in touch, send DS for the odd day, its the end of his two days a week routine. I'm intending to do a hamper of wine and goodies as a thankyou. Will have to make my mum one too as she also has him 2 days. Anyway will try to post a pic on here of the finished hampers ;)

Good'ay thank you all so much for my birthday messages :) it really meant so much. It was so weird not being home, didn't think it'd bother me but I'm such a home bird! And as you can tell never blooming satisfied ha

Had a really lovely day and was spoilt rotten.

Mrsinvisible yum your cream tea adventure sounded lovely, good food and good company who can better that. Your DGSs summer sounds perfect, you are so lucky to be near the coast. I know whatever you plan your DGS will have an amazing time and hopefully you will get your patio finished! I think Feisty is right about the dog being a comfort. I truly hope you are finding comfort somewhere and are able to remember good times xxx
Gettingtherequickly I hope Egypt is stable enough for your hols and of course for your family living there. I was going to suggest a bouncy ball but see that's already been mentioned, what about a yoyo look at the mini selections they have in the supermarkets for party bags they are usually small and reasonably inexpensive :) x
Feisty and Mr Feisty I can't believe that the original problem has reoccurred after all you've been through. I'm sending a huge ((((hug)))) always know that we are here for a rant or shoulder or anything that might help xxx
Chrissy wooo hoo for your DDs funding, of course it's no more than the LEA should provide but it's good that its sorted, another box ticked:) Blooming hek that's a massive saving at Centre Parcs isn't it, how can they possible justify that! Hope the house sorting is coming along too, can't believe what you've managed to achieve this year already but it'd be brill to get the house sold too wouldn't it xxx

Noodles you are doing so well. Your Christmas Eve hamper sounds brill, I'm getting excited and inspired- not starting properly till I get back but can do lists :) xxx
Caitlyn your tree and decorations sound amazing, we shall need photos pleeeeasse xxx
Poppygirl loving those tea lights :) I think £shop may have had something very similar in a set of three last year. I'm sure somebody will spot them x
Hanley birthday preperations sound intriguing :) bet the suspense is killing you, hope you are spoilt rotten when the day comes. That why we are over here at the moment, my son too celebrates his 30th on the 28th July, I can't wait xxx
Fluffysox loved the "That's not my " series with DGDs there is one for every occasion it seems :) Well done on the polar express bargain, I love that film too, DGD2 was just two last Christmas and although she doesn't "sit" to watch a film she was captivated by it. Aww the couple are going to miss your DS aren't they? Photos of the hampers when they're done please :) it's the rules! Ha ha x

Moneysavingmumofone oh how I've missed you :) So pleased you are back and in time for my birthday. Do you know I actually wheld up here with all the lovely birthday messages, you lot don't half spoil me :)
Big big waves and welcome back hugs to you :) Your new business venture sounds very exciting, wishing you the very best of luck. And you are gonna be an auntie again how wonderful. Hope you are feeling well enough to enjoy your Mums birthday meal xxxxx
So good to have you back

Linky Linky Linky I'm really hoping that your luck is about to change! Very very soon! Can help with the car advice - sorry. Master Linky on the other hand is on a roll, isn't he. I actually did laugh out loud when I read he was having a pint on his way home. This job seems to really be the making of him :) Im eagerly awaiting his next instalment. Your DD made me laugh too, cherished plate and not bothered what it says, lets he it's clean fun then and she'll not be embarrassed :) xxx
Freespirit my night owl pal, even if I'm out of sync (02.12am here at the mo) You are in serious danger of leading me astray- stop now. I'm tempted to try the festive Konad ! Need Pinknfluffy tho can I use them over the shellac? Pinknfluffy where are you?
The gel nails my DD did before we left are now showing signs of wear, amazing when you think we've been away over two weeks! Anyway tracked down acetone (ordered from chemist) for a staggering- wait for it $29.99 for 500mls. I nearly choked at the till, thankfully the chemist decanted 200mls for me but still cost $11.95 (roughly £8) I was flabbergasted. I know the cost of living is high in Perth but blooming hek.
Hope you are keeping ok and are keeping that BD at arms length. Strangely I'm having a tough few days with him myself:( you never blooming know when he's gonna sneak in under the radar do you! My nightmares are bad at the mo:( xxx
