Trendyjenny, Hope today goes really well, I will be thinking of you and wishing you well.
Today I am going out for posh strawberry cream tea, with DGS other grandma, and our team of 'oldies but goodies' looking forward to it as a well earned treat, just hope the calories are on holiday too.
Nanamia, happy birthday for then, oops. Yes the funeral was last week.
School holidays start soon, so DD and I will have to get our list of things to do with DGS that are local, cost little and will be fun.
Fortunately we are right on the coast, so lots of sea walks, spotting days and bat and ball stuff. but need to do other things too as he is older now.
He enjoys 'real work' so his dad is going to relay the rest of the patio for me and will let him do stuff, and he likes to help garden with me, but we need to do 'holiday type' stuff too as we can't afford to go on holiday, and have acquired a very old border collie who couldn't go into kennels.0 -
mrsinvisible, I think your new canine pal will be a good source of comfort[/COLOR]2024 Challenges
