I will invite the in laws round for dinner and cook them a vegan banquet - that way I can just explain how we are trying to be dairy free pescatarians for our fertility
I had a terrible migraine yesterday and ended up going to bed at just gone 9I only managed to juice fast for breakfast and lunch, I have zero will power when it comes to food and exercise
I plan to have the laziest of lazy days today as back to work tomorrow BUT have accidentally ended up just working Monday and Tuesday! Will be able to make loads of new things for the business as it is looking very bare
After rude present receiving last week, we are going to Aldis to get my cousins childrens Easter bits. They will have a chocolate rabbit each, I know there will be complaints from the younger two (is that it etc) but I just don't care![/COLOR]2024 Challenges

Well the detox has taken it's toll on poor DH, I am really worried as he seems to be feeling terrible. We're not sure if he has just ended up ill or it is due to too much vegetables and his medications
I had an unexpected phone call from PC world yesterday. They phoned to tell me that if my laptop wasn't back by the 4th April then I could phone to declare it written off and they would send me a voucher for it's worthIt will probably be about £200 - not sure if it is possible to spend it on anything else in-store or whether it has to be a laptop (which we have now replaced). It will probably turn up late on April 3rd

Hi Everyone, At least with all the snow we can pretend it's nearly Christmas
Can I ask some advice please? I know on the old 'let it snow' thread there were people who were making sweetie cones. I'm doing them for my grandaughter's birthday party in May but I'm not sure how early I can make them. I'll be including rainbow drops and the little white choc buttons with hundreds and thousands on plus other sweets (will be buying them though, not making them myself as I'm useless at anything like that) but if I open the packets and repack them in the cellophane cones, how long will they be ok for? I'm just not sure if sweets go off. Can anyone help please? It's the most wonderful timeof the year :0 -
Evening everyone,
It has been absolutely freezing here today, no more snow but just so cold! Apparently we are having a blooming cold Easter as well! Will just have to do some baking in a warm kitchen i think:)
NANAMIA that cake is really gorgeous, oh i bet they will be so pleased with it, i love your designs, you really have a lovely style! I do follow FLYLADY thread but i just copy and paste into word that days jobs then follow as and when i can, but it just helps me get things done, you know what we are all like for lists!
FEISTY i hope you and DH are feeling a bit better, i will keep fingers crossed for your voucher!
BETSIE it must be so upsetting for you and your BF, what a lovely friend you are being there for her. My DS is coming home for a few days after easter from uni, i cant wait, i miss him so much, but then i hate him going back afterwards, are you like that or is it just silly old me?
TRENDYJENNY well done you, how are you feeling at the moment?
MONEYSAVINGMUMOFONE i have just put some bits on facebay, i hope they sell as it will give us some money to buy some nice bits for easter

Peppapig-I think the chocolate buttons would last a while but not sure on the rainbow drops, Think they might go stale quicker. Sorry Im not much help lol, Ive only ever made 2 impromptu night before ones for Valentines lol.
