It's snowing here, and it wants to stop because I've got things to do! More to the point, the things have to be done in the local grim town and I don't want it to start snowing really badly and get me stuck there!
  • Betsie I am loving your pinterst board - following!

Not a very MSE start to the day, have just 'wasted' £16 in Asda :( This is the first time I have done this since we started seriously saving for the deposit. Trying to see it as a treat and not feel too bad :)

Don't feel bad at all FF. I'm about to go to town and "waste" FAR more than that if all goes to plan, and I am also saving for a deposit. But I can't go about naked so I need to spend something! We need a few groceries and house things too.

I'm using survey vouchers and birthday/Christmas money mostly, so it's not too bad, but it has been so long since I went on a spree that if I manage to have a productive day and get everything I need it'll be really weird feeling I've just blown loads of money in an afternoon. Nostalgia for the days I had plenty of disposable income!

    Just a quick post.

If anyone has the Sainsburys Nectar app on their phone, I have just deleted mine. On opening the app I just realised my full name and date of birth are visible.

So if I lost my bag, not only would my bank cards be in it but also these details.

I doubt if it happened the person with my bag would open the Sainsburys app, but I feel happier it not being there.

OMO that is a very good point! I have a blackberry for the main business and everything is in there. Going to have to try even harder to ensure it is on my person at all times.

Nana, I'm so sorry my lovely :( I can completely understand why you feel so sad. Start focusing on the next trip and hopefully that will give you something to work towards.

My clumsiness strikes again! Was dying my hair and managed to get a great big splodge of it on DH light grey hoodie. He is not amused :( It was an expensive Animal one that MIL bought for Christmas a few years back. Have tried dabbing and letting washing up liquid soak in (washing up liquid removes it from your hair so figured I'd give it a go). Although it's no-where near as bad as originally, it is very obvious. I think I may be in the dog house :(
