Note to self - Fill stockings as you buy things. dd had way to much last year. :D

Stealing this! I may possibly perhaps have had to empty both DD's and DH's stockings and acquire larger ones :o

    Xmas Saver!
Just filled in Christmas List app on phone. Hampers are a great idea, but not when you are doing 5 the same, and you have to type the contents in 5 times.

Am leaving the one on new tablet until tomorrow. I have already done this once, but I was too organised and did in on Saturday, before realising it would all be archived yesterday  Had to delete app and reload it.

Am off shopping tomorrow, but after seeing the mad crowds on the news tonight, I'm not really looking forward to it. :(
Hopefully I will find some bargains and the stress (have claustrophobia ) will be worth it.:)

So came home with roughly £145 of items for £25 of our own cash :D

I stand corrected, if you work out the value BEFORE the sales its actually £230 of items for about £30!! Of course in fairness another £120 of this was through vouchers and christmas money from others but I still count it as a saving as it didnt cost me!

Better go to bed now before I regret agreeing to gwt up at 7am with BF!!
Life is what you make it.

I've had a fab Christmas with my kids and family. spent Christmas Day at my sisters, 15 and a baby all together! I even got a stocking from Santa's elves who said thank you to Mother Christmas (me!) 1st time ever and I was spoilt. Boxing Day at my Mum and Dads - my kids were at their Dads but still had all the rest of the family. Played games with my nieces and ate too much, again.:D
Decided to come home last night so I could get an early start. Just have dog to walk then I'm off to Brighton to see what goodies I can find in the sales. It's pouring with rain here so am hoping it will keep some people indoors!
It's my eldest's dd 21st in Jan so I need to get something special. Also my sister in law is expecting their second daughter so might try to pick something up for her too. I made my brother and sister in law a hamper for after the baby is born fornChristmas. Think they liked it ......
A big hug to all who didn't enjoy their Christmas as they deserved. I have had bad ones too in the past so know exactly how that feels.
Now to start planning to make 2013 a very good one, and mse too!:j

Were off to brighton too in a bit! We had to drop my sister into work yesterday so me and mum had a quick look around worthing, it took us 3 hours!! I haven't got any wrap or cards yet so hoping to pop to wilkos first.
If your after a ring for dd, mum spotted a lovely diamond silver flower one in samuels. I would fo a link but my tablets being a pain.

We had a lovely christmas, visited the mums before dinner as it was our year to eat at home. After my painic of ds whos 8 not looking like he had much, he had loads! After his tablet, his fave toy has been the dartboard I got for £3, not sure it will survive that much play though as it has sharp darts like a proper board rather then magnets! We might have to find another one for his birthday
