I have a wedding present dilemma! OHs brother is apparently getting married this year but no set in stone details yet. They are people who like the nicer things in life so as materialistic as it sounds I want the present to look nice and expensive if possible. :o Theres some crystal glasses on Debenhams (thanks welshdreamer!) that look lovely. A set of 4 Waterford crystal wine glasses £6 http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_333011009999FLT4_-1?breadcrumb=Home~txtcrystal Look lovely but the box they come in doesnt look very 'special'? (found the pic on ebay so might not be right!)
Then theres the Royal Doulton set of tumblers £7.50 http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/prod_10001_10001_334027000799MISC_-1?breadcrumb=Home~txtroyal+doulton More of a recognised brand I think? Not sure what the box will look like? I would get them something more personal too, just would like a nice gift so we're not the poor relations as usual. :D

Thank you for the links - I'm ordering the Royal Doulton ones for a wedding later this year :T I imagine the box will be just fine, plain with the brand name on top usually. And everyone know's it's a good brand name :)

Edit - well I planned to but when I got to checkout they were out of stock. Oh well, on the bright side I had been looking for a storage unit of a certain size for my hallway and found one reduced from £140 to £56 :D

    Xmas Saver!
I know talking about people isn't nice, but somebody on the Boots sale thread has booked Wed morning off work, and got a child minder to take her son to school  Just for a sale of gift sets.

I know I said I wanted the Ted Baker Set, but I not THAT bothered.

Am I wrong in thinking this is a little OTT or am I just being b1tchy ?

Have received an email to say these glasses and some cake forks I ordered are 'unable to be fulfilled'. :(
