Abolutely raging as they have just cancelled all of my Xmas eve order. The way that they allocate stock is an absolute joke.

4 parcels were due to be delivered to my store on Monday. I never got an email saying the store had them.....but went in yesterday and was handed all thd parcels. Today I have received emails apologising and saying the parcels haven't been delivered to the store and that someone was going to contact me about my order......well confused.
Anyone else had this. These were parcels ordered using the £10 off offer

I collected my parcels on Sunday ( were due in on Monday) had e mail today to say ! parcel still there awaiting collection. If I donnt collect will go back to warehouse. Left doesnt know what the rights doing. AGAIN.
