Usually the last day of the sale online there is an extra 30% off sale prices. Then the sale banner disappears and you have to rely on the stuff in your saved items of your basket and also Claire to supply links to reduced items

One of my orders (due for collection tomorrow) has completed disappeared from my order history with no email saying that it had been cancelled. Very bad customer service from M&S.

oh lordy, i had that happen last xmas sales and was given credit when i complained as it was too late for me to get them in store.


I've just placed a few orders last night , hopefully i still get next week, I think i might just go ahead and stop by a few stores tonight and tomorrow and purchase the same items just in case

I checked my orders and basket all either out of stock or no further reductions. Might pop in this evening when I finish work and see if there is anything in store

Does any one know if my order for collection on Monday that has now been further reduced online, will I get the cheaper price as it has not been dispatched yet and payment has not been taken? Really peeved my Xmas eve order which I placed really early was also cancelled due to my items being very popular. Not happy as I could have bought in store on Boxing day.

You will be charged the price you paid. If the items are still in stock you may be better reordering.

For those persistent enough, I had trouble last year with an item being bought and then cancelled. I complained via email saying that since I got a confirmation email I assumed my order had been successful and now it has been cancelled I won't have the item at all as it is oos in store etc. After a few emails back and forth they finally relented and gave me a £5 credit on my account. Not much but at least I got something out of them, may be worth bearing in mind.
