M&S Sale - *UPDATED*

I did an order Christmas Eve I think and all items were delivered to me on Fri or Sat, I was shocked as all were sale. Also had a full order arrive before that of reduced nightwear in the £10 off £50 glitch. Both times I fully expected cancellations as I usually get. Christmas miracles do happen!

I didn't manage to get on line until after 3pm on Christmas Eve,
I opted for store delivery and have just got an email to say my order is on its way,very surprised, I didn't think it would all come.

Christmas shopping 2013 started !!!!

I think I can consider myself very lucky then, ordered 8 items over 2 days, all in the sales, 7 have been collected and I have a despatch notification on the last, all adult nightwear items and very pleased so far.

I made one order for £450 and over the next few days received emails to notify me that X and Y items were out of stock. Fine I thought, I would at least get some of the stuff as I made a large order.

Then yesterday I got an email saying the entire order would be cancelled! It's ludicrous as I spent a good two hours browsing their site! I didn't even get a voucher for the inconvenience, I am taking this up with their head office.

Good luck with that. The same thing has happened to me many times. I've written to and spoken with their Head Office. The say all the right words, but no-one really cares.

Just to warn people about store delivery.....

I have just returned from collecting my one uncancelled order. On opening the 2 large boxes, only 4 of the 5 items are in there. No explanation for the missing item and I've still been charged for it.

Am a bit concerned that it's my word against theirs that it isn't in the box!

Have rung and spoken to the staff at the store and they have promised to call me back on Wednesday. We shall see.

Yea for M&S ... & maybe 2013 will be my lucky year!

Just a heads up for those in Manchester wanting one of their amazing thick, fluffy dressing gowns (Shawl Collar Cosy Dressing Gown reduced from £22 to £14) ..

I wanted a size 8-10 in peacock and this size sold out ridiculously fast (they must all feel the cold like me!)

Went to Trafford Centre's huge M&S, not expecting much in my size or the colour i wanted, but there were literally, no joke, 40+ of these hung up in the nightwear section, all sizes but not many colours other than peacock (like a petrol blue/green) and bluebell (lilacy blue)

They are fabulous, sooo thick and fluffy. A great buy. Hope this helps if you're local, are after one and didn't manage to get one online.

Very highly recommended from this cold bum, who adores her sleepwear
