M&S Sale - *UPDATED*

Totally amazed. All the things i ordered pre Christmas for delivery to store 31st December have dispatched! Nothing cancelled although no longer available on website.

Everything I ordered pre Christmas has been cancelled - even the full price items - order was made within 2 hours of sale starting online, everything was '10 or more' in stock. delivery was to be 29th (earliest they offered).

( after the disaster 6 years ago I said 'never again' - but I gave them another chance. More fool me.)

I ordered for store collection xmas eve and the soonest date the offered was 2nd Jan. So not sure if I will get my order either- ordered two items to go with each other so if one doesn't get sent they can have the other back.

I received email all items despatched for collection today (29th ) got email this morning to say not arrived customer services are going to contact me to arrange another collection date so not sure if going to receive or not!!!

I placed 2 orders pre-sale, both to be collected on 31st Dec from store. One has been cancelled - 'all items no longer available', but the other is on its way to the store.

I ordered 2 tops and added in a 50p book. I had an email last night both tops cancelled, but book dispatching so too late to cancel. I was going to have to pay £3.50 postage for a 50p book! Emailed them and they are refunding the postage, but their email makes it sound like it is my fault for being stupid enough to expect my M&S sale items :rotfl:
