Just managed to get my son a lovely winter coat reduced from £39 to £22 as his other one was getting too small so thanks for this!

Marks always do this. Rather than making the sale live all in one go, they seem to go through each item marking them down for the sale one by one.

So quite a bit before the official sale start time you can see things reduced and start buying

If anyone is willing to brave Oxford St (it's actually not too bad) M&S on Marble Arch has very cute Santa cake tins reduced from £6 to £3! No snowflake tins left though sadly

Yesterday i was looking at x2 bedsets that was reduced looked today at 11.30am and was happy that they had been reduced further so got them ...............bargain.:D
