    Now I weigh 196.56 lbs so 203.28 to 196.56 = a 6.72 lb lose so far!

That's just a teeny bit under half a stone, good for you! Is that from diet and exercise?

mainly from cutting down what I eat. It doesn't feel like I've lost anything though.

Well I coukdnt do the treadmill at home like you highlighted.
You could run though... That's what you'd do on a treadmill right?

So I am been posting on another site and they have been saying my workout isn't enough and I need to do free weights. I have added more dumbbells in to the routine and mixed it all up.

I have been 4 times already this week so far !
  • What dumbbell work are you doing? :)

Hi debrag, you're doing really well...I would say don't worry too much about other people commenting that you aren't doing enough.

You need to take it at your own pace and do what you find enjoyable as you are more likely to keep it up and then you can progress at your own speed.

Over time you will increase the weights and intensity of the cardio machines.

    Good for you :)

    totally agree.
I am recovering from a shoulder op gone wrong(possible further surgery to come)
So it may look in the gym that i'm doing something wrong or using too heavy/light a weight
however depending on how its working that day,I need to work around what I can do that day.
I even had one guy come and list what I was doing wrong............sadly for him he caught me on particularity bad and intolerant day :o
