Scouse for us today - added some shredded outer curly cabbage leaves and chopped cauli stalks/leaves for extra veg/colour

In mine there is yesterday's chicken carcass along with a few peppercorns, bay leaves, rind of parmesan, onion, celery tops and tails, carrot, garlic clove. After I have sieved it and let it cool and taken off the solid fat which will cover the top, tomorrow it will be turned into chicken noodle soup.0
