morocan chicken .. hopefully.
diced chicken, onion, garlic, tin of tomatoes, chickpeas and harissa paste...all smells totally yummy.
it will be served with couscous......

I have 3 chicken portions to make chicken pies with......the moroccan chicken sounds lovely, I might have to give it a try.

I always see harissa paste and want to buy it. Now I have a reason thanks! :rotfl:

Mumslave, did you minc e the rabbit yourself? I'm not sure I could bring myself to eat it!:eek:

Today I have Beef Medallions with red onion, beef stock, ginger, mushrooms and bay leaves.

Only problem is that I think I forgot to switch the SC on before leaving the house! : (

Oh no can you nip home at dinner . Is your mum about to pop round and switch it on .


If not might be an oven thing extremly non OS but at least u will eat.

... nothing coz i melted the lead last night by putting the wrong hob ring on whilst the wire was hanging over it... oh well.. maybe Santa will treat me to anew one.. this one was very well used...

Okay in mine I have .. The curry base of Roganjosh , with black eyed beans in to bulk it , gonna chuck in the left over roast from Sunday when i get in a voila beef and bean roganjosh .. dead proud lol

Just need to make sure i stick to my menu..

Runs off to meal plan thread to check tommorros . lol

I might do it on the hob if its not switched on when I get home. I dont live close enough to nip home at lunch so I will at least have well marinaded meat!

Nothing in mine today, but yesterday I did chicken stock from three frozen carcasses - followed by Spicey Pumpkin Soup (sweated the pumpkin flesh from Hallowe'en with 3 onions and some curry powder; added the stock and chicken scraps from carcasses with a really good handful of red lentils, chopped chives, dried mixed herbs, dried sage and a veggie stock cube). Left it cooking all evening and then let it cool before 'whizzing'. Stashed in the fridge overnight and now in freezer.
