I have just put a half leg of lamb studded with rosemary in on a bed of onions and 100ml water. Hopefully it will work. Never tried lamb joint in it before.0

Please can anyone advise me, i`ve picked up a rolled boneless brisket joint by mistake(never used it before) thought i`d put it in the sc, now it says to cover it in water or stock, now does that mean completely cover it so that it`s submerged?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.:o Going it alone and feeling the pinch
