Can anyone help me?
I have just been given a Delonghi Slowcooker (5litres) from a freecycle group, but there are no instructions. It really is a beast of a machine - and I have never used a slow cooker in my life. Could anyone on this forum direct me to where I could get an Instruction manual - or if anyone has one and can help.

Easy Meatballs
Skinned a pack of spicy sausages and rolled them up into meatballs ( got about 3 per sausage), grilled them to remove excess fat. Have made sauce from passata, red wine, sliced peppers, onions, courgette, oregano and paprika.
Smells really good, going to have with jacket spuds and salad.0 -
Thank you Sublime - I have just printed it off. I now look forward to having a play.
