Need some advice probably just a rant really

RE house, yes spent best part of 20k on renovations and agreed to pay the in laws 30k towards purchase price, all reciepts available and they were activly involved in whole thing so know where every penny went - the 2k is the so far monthly payments from the 30k.

Strangely enough OH been very attentive since I started this post - wonder if he been reading it lol - well good take note I CAN and WILL be leaving if not a dramatic change and fast!

He may be deducting tax from your wages, but if he isn't paying it to HMRC, then it's still fraud, and now that you know about it you would be considered to be at fault too in the eyes of the law. Also, if your boss has taken out credit in your name that is also fraud, and once again you know about it so if the mud does ever hit the fan you will be implicated. If your boss is prepared to do all this to you under relatively good circumstances, then it seems unlikely that he won't drag you down with him if he gets caught, so don't rely on him 'doing the right thing' or (as some other people have suggested) use threats of going to the police to effectively blackmail him into giving you a raise or making you a partner in the business.
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but unfortunately your boss is leaving you open to all kinds of trouble that you clearly don't deserve, and whilst you might love your job now it seems like a MASSIVE risk to carry on knowing what you know and not do anything about it. I really feel for you as it's clearly not your fault, but it sounds like you need some expert advice on how to protect yourself from the fall-out should your boss go one step too far with his mismanagement and draw the attention of the authorities.

My instant worry is your overjoy that your BF is suddenly being overly nice. I have been there. There is a whole load of c**p, then suddenly they are lovely and you think' oh, im just over reacting, look how lovely he is being', until a few days/ a week later its back to normal and the cycle continues. DONT FALL FOR IT!

I think the main thing people are getting at about fraud is about him opening an account in your name.

Re the house - I would argue you have paid £22k into the 30k so far.
