Well I love debenhams and have had many bargains over the years never had any problems with refunds, I wouldnt like to see it close.

I have bought Tripp with no problems so far. The sale ones seem mostly to be old styles from when I looked last time. Would get that brand again definitely. :-)

just a little glitch, the jeff banks mens gift set ( sorry i cant post links) it is in the 50%-70% section is allowing the 20% dicount code to work rather than the 10% for beauty.

I've just ordered some glasses which were out of stock yesterday but only 1 set in today so presumably a return. Am after 2 sets so hopefully another will get returned

Can't be bothered with Debenhams any longer, "bargains" or not. Time is money, I value my time, and having it wasted by Debenhams NOT fulfilling orders for items which are in the sale & showing as in stock at the time of ordering is a bit of a disgrace IMO, and not particularly money saving either when you factor in this wasted time...

How many times do people have to be let down by them without recompence before people begin to boycott them and shop elsewhere?
