I had an order delivered today, which I placed on Wednesday, never had a problem with them. Sorry that some people seem to, wonder if it is down to the delivery people in your area. Or I am just lucky and the lady that delivers round here is just very good.

Mine are not delivery but packing/dispatch issues from Debenhams, # 228, like missing items and items in the package that belong to other people, so the courier has nothing to do with poor/shoddy service from Debenhams.

Electrical items are pretty much excluded on every code Debenhams offers i'm afraid.
