going to make some low fat fruity tea loaf this weekend so I can bring a slice of that with me to work every day next week with my tea in the afternoon!

Must find a recipe for this - it'd definitely liven up the afternoon tea break!

Recipe for the fruity tea loaf is here :
    http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/11608/fruity-teacake?pager.offset=40

I actually use a bit less sugar, and use stork instead of butter and just use mixed dried fruit rather than dried cherries and berries as they are a tad expensive! Is really delicious though. You can add some nutmeg or whatever if you wish and I made this instead of a Christmas cake (as that's a bit heavy for my liking) in December and just added some brandy and mother in law loved it - lol!!

Lunch for me today a bit dull but veggie (trying to up my veggie days) : low fat cream cheese and marmite on home made bread, with some cherry tomatoes on the side, an apple, a banana and a yoghurt, plus a slice of above-mentioned tea cake for the afternoon to see me through till dinner tonight.

Breakfast was smartprice porridge with half a cut up apple in it, cooked with water in the microwave and then some low fat plain yoghurt on the top with a drizzle of honey. Nom nom.

I feel like I eat quite a lot compared to others on here but am maintaining my weight at just under 9 stone so maybe I am burning up a fair bit of energy!

    Happy lunching everyone!!
