Setmefree is right, we all need to share like that sometimes, SFG - picking ourselves up can really only come after that. I'm glad the pains aren't lifethreatening (tho if you're coughing enough to create that sort of pain, they must *feel* lifethreatening) but the foster children being taken away.......... terrible. No wonder you feel in a fug, thats absolutely terrible, especially when you can tell its because of office politics. I hope you're managing to sleep, and that you'll be able to turnthings around soon.
Thank you sweetheart - I really do appreciate the kind words. xx

Thanks everyone!!!
Sounds like its Tuesday - I may have to head up to Manchester for the first day!
It will be good, as my previous contract fell through on renewal and I haven't worked (or earned anything) since 7th September.
Its not the best time of year to be out of work (is there EVER a good time?!):D
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

Well done on getting the job. Must be a nice feeling.
I have been so busy with work but checked my online banking today and to my horror a transaction for £911.94 has come out of my credit card to a Link Network Ltd Neone Internet. it is in Euros too.
I spoke to my credit card provider and they cannot see who it is so I have to make a claim to get a refund. I know I have not spend that kind of money and hope I am succesfull in getting it back. It is a lot of money and I know my card has not been stolen but it could be cloned I suspose. I only got it last month (lost the other one) and I know I have not bought anything in Euro's. Anyone else had success getting money back?Moved to Denmark for FIRE by Aug 2025 “May your decisions reflect your hopes not your fears”
