Apologies that this is nowhere near under 50p BUT... I absolutely love it and it lasts up to a year so under 50p a month which I think is a bargain.

PLUS it is natural and very safe. It is unscented and doesn't mark any clothes either. If you were willing to take a punt on it I don't think you would be disappointed :)

I think you can get trial sized ones cheaply - worth a look x

I haven't tried the sprays - I always use the one that is priced there at £4.60 and I see they do a travel version of the same.

They are available on amaz0n and fleabay and health food shops so shop around for best price.

They do last months and months.
Putting these winter preps here so I don't forget!

Not sure I will be eating Tesco Value Beef burgers as on the list of the ones that was found with horse DNA.

Morissons savers apple and black currant squash I bought for the first time on Monday. It was 28p for a litre bottle and I was pleasantly surprised. it's not thick like Ribena etc but makes a nice warm drink. Bargain..
  • sponges - perfect for washing up/cleaning my grill pan
dishcloths - can be rewashed 2-3 times b4 they fall apart,
washingup liquid - does as it says on the tin
toilet cleaner - clean fresh scent, leaves my loo sparkly clean
multiuse liquid - fresh lemon scent and cleans my floor perfectly
furniture polish - not heavily perfumed, does the job without making my skin itch
chopped tomatoes - good enuf in chilli or spag bol if whizzed in the blender
teabags - omg!!! cant believe i didnt buy these sooner!
rubber gloves - good enuf for cleaning or washing up
handwash - new formula has a lovely grapefruit like scent to it, very nice
cream cheese - easy to jazz up
tortilla chips - good at xmas as a nibble
pasta - is ok for what it is but try to buy the next own label up if i can
all the above are Sainsburys basics - will add more as i think of them

did a huge online shop the other week..... got a few goodies to add to the above:
kidney beans - perfect in chilli, dnt need much reheating to soften them up
surface cleaning wipes - over the 50p limit but do a good job for what they cost
cooked sliced ham - again over the limit but price per slice makes it work, normally hav this on toast for breakfast in a hurry
diced pork - works out to about 50p per 100g, cooks nicely in a casserole
brown sliced loaf - ok for toast or sandwiches

again all basics - but the majority of my shopping is basics anyway so

Hi everyone - sorry if this has already been posted.

Popped into the local Co-op yesterday and bought 'Soreen' loaf for 50p. Not everyone's cup of tea but it is low fat and stickily yummy! :)
