All i can say, is they are good price plans, making off-peak calls VERY cheap, I can't say much yet as "customer service" haven't been tought it yet, so if i tell everyone here you will all ring them up and they wont have a clue what your talking about.
All customer service should know it by the 01/05/050 -
ok, but one last question (I promise - lol) are the very cheap off-peak just same network/landline, or cross-network?0

Vodafone will be implementing a new cost saving measure for their customers, called Stop the Clock, on 1st May.
I quote:
"After 7 of an evening u pay for the first 3 mins of calls to any network as standard or it comes out of your free minutes... after these 3 mins the next hour of the fone call is completely FREE!!! doesnt come out of your credit or your mins!!! and this is to ANY network at evenings (after 7 on contract after 7:30 on PAYT) and all weekends!!!! this is at NO extra cost and is being activated for ALL customers!!!"
This measure is only for the UK at the moment.0 -

So, you need to phone up in order to get your account enabled for this offer?0

That is very good, especially for PAYT users. Might be worth getting a PAYT sim just for that offer!
Will there be any other changes to the price plans?
Will be interesting to see if Orange implement that into their OVP plans... I doubt they will though.0 -
I've not heard anything...
jf2404 makes it sound like there will be more, but he won't spill the beans!0 -

I wish I was a evening/weekend user as it sounds like its going to be good.
I'm with vodafone and I use my phone mainly for texts, atm I pay £30/month and for that I get 200 xnet mins anytime and 500 texts. Looking at people's deals on these pages its mainly for mins which I don't really need as I don't use the ones I have. I would like to keep at least 100 xnet mins anytime though.
Has anyone got a good deal recently involving a large amount of texts?0
