I got brazil from the smoke outline which looks like the country to me. I thought I'd solved it, only to find that I'd written one answer down twice. So now looking for another clue (assuming that Jersey Shore is correct). The white jacket with logo and 620 / 079 and rope seems the most obvious missing clue. I'm going with the clock being the Hour, as signalled by the missing hour long sector.0

Let me know if you agree or disagree with my list so far
How pernickety will the RadioTimes be, with the required answers?
For instance;
Wimbledon or Wimbledon 2012?
Blockbusters or All New Blockbusters?
Should be the latter for both, as that is the way they are listed in the Radio Times.
I am disappointed when the answers are printed, as they do not exactly match the titles listed in the Radio Times.
 I know it’s a bit of fun, but boy, I don’t halve take it seriously!
Anyway. (deep breath, calming down now)
I am not convinced of “Jersey Shore”,
because this programme is shown on MTV in the UK,
and the Radio Times does not list this channel.
I would have thought the more obvious answer would have been “Geordie Shore”; but again this is broadcast on MTV.
I do know the quiz states “50 programmes in the past year”- so I could be wrong!
I do understand why this answer seems to popular,
But I believe two clues are being used for one answer.
(47) I believe the “To the Sea” sign is “Coast” :j
(48) The clue sitting above “Turn Left” road sign, could it be “Vikings”?
I am not convinced. I do have an alternative answer for this clue, but I’ll share that later.
(49) The clock clue with the time at 11:55 (five minutes to midnight),
a reference to the doomsday clock?
Which coincidentally is sitting at 5 minutes to midnight (as of 2012).
The only doomsday programme I suggest here is “Doomsday Preppers”:j
47 Coast :j
48 Doomsday Preppers :j
I now have a credible 48 of 50.
The 50th clue is not the bunting, (too many Jubilee programmes to name just one),
Nor the clothes behind the “SATB” letters,
Nor the Harbour Books Store.
(“The Harbour” was shown in BBC Scotland area only I believe),
Nor the book shop “new discount books on two floors”.
(Upstairs Downstairs, was suggested)
Could it be the set of windows in the top-right of the picture, with one window open?
I thought about, “Richard Madeley Meets The Squatters”, but again no obvious reference.
Could it be the brown bricked chimney stack with red chimney pots, - Coronation Street?
The chimneys pots are too pristine, so not corrie!
Is it the cafe, in the right hand side, where Jessie J stands? I can’t think of any programmes with a local cafe in it,
apart from EastEnders. Not obvious to be that.
But there is definitely a 50th final clue; you will be hard pressed to find it.
But once it is scrutinised, and deciphered, it will become apparent.
 I want to win the TV.
So at this stage I will hang fire as to the where abouts of the 50th clue.
I will be back to share the clue and possible answer.

There's a portion missing from the clock.
Could it be The Hour?0 -
The clock looks at first glance as "The Hour".
But it has a specific time 11:55.
And it is casting a shadow too!
It could well be "The Hour" - but who knows.0 -
Check out the picture clues individually: 48/50.
