  • Just realised that "by the cell" is an anagram of Bletchley, i.e. Bletchey Park, where the enignma code was solved. Maybe this is "The Bletchley Circle".

I still need harbour books, banks direct curtains international, the church (Whitechapel has been suggested), the clock with the 5 minute slice taken out (or shadow of the 5 minutes to midnight). Also wondering if the shirt/jacket with 079 on it in the shop window is a clue.

Devonpainter, you're a bit of a genius. I'm guessing you're high class, like the guy I met who did Madonna's houses, or perhaps you do landscapes. I kept googling Hunter and found nothing. I'm sure Hunted is right. Equally DCI Banks and Bletchley Circle. Nice clues. And I'm also sure it's Jersey Shore, not Coast plus Vikings as I suggested. That means we still have one to solve. The jacket with 079 and rope could be a clue, but the clock is more obvious.
  • Cows don't have horns so I'm inclined to believe it isn't Jersey Shore. I'm thinking Vikings and Coast. If "Harbour Books" is a clue then I seem to have 51!! The Hour seems rather obvious for the clock, especially considering the shadows/lackened bits on it. The Hunter was a BBC programme in 2012 but it didn't start until 16 December.

so what do we think now so far?
    :j:j:j Good Luck :j:j :j
  • I was trying to find the scene from a film where someone escapes by removing a panel from a clock and climbing through. Doubt that's the answer but I thought it might lead me to it. However can't find the film. Wondered if it might jog anyone's memory or there might be another explanation for the missing section between 6 and 7.
