Hi everyone  I've been MIA for a while ... been very busy with my new job since October, and then applying for new jobs and having job interviews (my current job is only a temp contract), and also planning my wedding! So flying has been very minimal but I did follow the lists last week without posting. The good news is that I have got a new and permanent job :dance: and we have booked our wedding venue and I've got my dress and bridesmaids outfits as well.

Penelope Penguin - for retirement!
Goodintentions - for your DH new job!
Natty - hope your hand gets better soon

I am in for the lists this week, so thank you Dusty and Natty for the lists.

    Before work this morning I

    Emptied the kitchen bin
    Took out the recycling
    Put screenwash in my car
    Washed brekkie dishes

So far this evening I have let a plumber sort the boiler and radiator issue, opened Am@zon packages, had my tea, put on WM and put away dry washing. Now I will tackle some of today's list, and also make some soup for lunches and do some ironing.

Stairs hoovered. I don't want to say when the last time was...

Bit more clutter at the bottom sorted. Umbrella tucked behind a coat hook. Other bits re-homed. Much better. :j

    Very knackered now. :o
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Less things. Less stuff. More life.

Hello again after a v e r y long absence. It has not been a lot of fun around here lately - a couple of deaths, struggling friend to try to help (emotionally), OH surgery, friend loosing leg after being knocked over while crossing the road (and brain damage and multiple bones broken), and I managed to crash my car (not badly hurt, but enough to put a hold on flying). Is that enough to let me off?!

Ashamed to say that I have only managed to 'do the bits that show' but, hey, I don't think Kim and Aggie are going to come and inspect! Hopefully none of you professional flyladies will thrash me with your steam mops or microfiber cloths either!

Christmas is more or less sorted. It's only going to be the two of us so no stress there really.

I'll try to keep up in the New Year.

Evening all. I managed to clean the entire downstairs loo today, shampooed LR rug and cleaned LR top to bottom. Also sorted out dry clothes on airer and took dogs for two walks on top of paid stuff. Finally posted last Xmas parcel.

    'See' you all tomorrow.

    Evening All!

Well done to those gaining / decluttering jobs, and welcome back to returning flyladies.

Jaybee, sounds like you've had an awful time of it lately :grouphug:

Well I was a tad late out of work, managed to get some treats for nursery Xmas party tomorrow, then went straight to collect kiddies. They were fed, washed and pj'd. Got their bags ready for tomorrow, drunk tea, put tots to bed, put wash on, cleaned icky shower drain  gross, showered self, now draining freely (shower, not me :rotfl:), wrapped 5 presents, and am just off to get the clothes out of the washer, to hang.

So, a 20min clean for me, if anyone's around???

Then I need to dry my hair...
