Black / silver back in stock on CPW website - just ordered one for next day delivery which I guess will be Tuesday now.
White still OOS0 -
Does it matter where you bought it from? We just sent a copy of the receipt direct to samsung. Had the e-mail confirming cash back will be processed with 45 days.
Have received my cheque from samsung already but am still waiting for memory card, goodness knows when that will turn up.0 -

I doubt John Lewis will match CPW as they have no stock whatsoever.0 -
I bought one at JL this weekend and they pricematched CPW.
I just noticed CPW have new stock, so thats positive.Really hope thay have not pulled the cashback offer as that was one of the reasons I bought it, .
The email I had from John Lewis was very specific, they were no longer supporting the Samsung Cashback Scheme. Earlier this evening I rang John Lewis and was told they had nothing on their system to say the offer had stopped, but at the same time was puzzled to why the cashback info/offer has been removed from their site.0 -

Can I ask what made you think Tesco/JLewis are not in the promotion any more in the first place, and contact them?
Both sites had the Samsung cashback banner highlighting the offer (with links back to samsung), as Argos still does. The next day I looked it had dissapeared from both sites prompting me to ask them why.
In fact, if you google ' Tesco / John Lewis Samsung Cashback offer, you'll get results showing a £50 rebate, but some of them lead to a 404 page and the rest go to their current page.
Both Tesco and John Lewis confirmed they had removed the cashback promotion from their sites.0 -
Retailers can't block cashback claims, it has nothing to do with them. It's up to Samsung to honour the offer they're still advertising, which they will unless they want a massive PR disaster.
Don't get your knickers in a twist. Relax, wait a couple of weeks then put a claim in for your £50.Dry January: 31/31 days. :T0 -

If Samsung have reduced the cost price to a specific retailer they may well have taken that retailer out of the promotion as they won't double up on the discount;)0 -
I bought one from tesco on Thursday.they had little notes advertising the cashback and I even asked and they said I can do it after 15 days via samsung.com website.I can't see the promotion on their website though.do I just wait 15 days and use link someone posted on here?0

There isn't a problem here at all. This is a Samsung offer, not one made by individual retailers.
Go to this link:
https://samsungbacktocollege.com/pages/holding
Check the terms, and take copies now, in case Samsung change them later. At present qualifying retailers are defined as follows:
Qualifying retailers: In order for your claim to qualify, your purchase must be made from a retailer specifically based and/or registered within the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. Pixmania are specifically excluded from this promotion.
That includes John Lewis and Tesco - in fact both appear on the drop-down list.
Whatever JL and Tesco are saying, the offer from Samsung is (at the moment) clear and unequivocal. It's an offer to all purchasers from all UK and ROI retailers, and that includes Tesco and John Lewis unless and until Samsung change the terms of the offer - which they haven't done yet.0
