I was driving on a motorway today i had to move to the third lane to overtake the car in the center lane and nothing ahead in the nearside lane, And as i passed he was reading an note from his note pad placed in front on the stearing wheel, we was travelling around 60mph. Now i know why he failed to move to the clear nearside lane.0

Luckily we have the mobile phone law to prosecute people like.... oh wait you mean a notepad not a Samsung Galaxy Note.. guess he's good to carry on then.0
