Indeed! He's been unusually quiet since the transcripts came out (assuming he is the one who has the Facebook page) and made no comment on them at all. Given he was the one who requested them in the first place (thank you if you're reading!) the radio silence is surprising!0

He's probably still reading them, they were that long !!!
I too wondered about Mr. Forsdick. He's not on Twitter or Facebook at all at the mo ??? Where are Yooooouuuuu0 -
I've been looking at the term dates when the court of appeal sits - it obviously ends on July 31st, so by my reckoning that's only 19 more days of this term left to give a ruling (excludes weekends???).
On the Ministry of Justice site there are lists of up and coming cases with no NRAM in sight
If this deadline passes then the next term runs from October 1st to December 21st, how very annoying!
Fingers firmly crossed for some good news soon.0 -
Surely it's not allowed to go on longer than the end of July? Honestly, it's like a donkey with a carrot! I really hope they view in our favour, and they've read all the heartbreaking stories Nram have put us all through 0

Wonder if Mr Forsdick is not replying in case it jeapodises the decision ?0

Hi there Carlyberyl, I may be wrong but this statement by NRAM indicates the judgement will be affected by the summer recess if the July deadline expires:Timelines at this stage are unclear although we expect a decision by the Court of Appeal by the end of July 2015.
I guess I'm mentally preparing myself for this to drag on so if it does happen before then that's a bonus!0 -
