Yes, they are employees but they are also Together unsecured loan customers >25k just like us.

    In response to dev_share...

It's based on the original 'agreed' loan amount. We borrowed 23k right from the start, but because our loan agreement was for 30k, allowing us to draw down more (although we never did), they classed is as over 25k borrowers.

Im looking to move my secured loan (>£25k category) and mortgage away from NRAM.
I'm holding off doing this until after the ruling, as I'm afraid I won't benefit from a possible favourable outcome if I move?

Or can I move away, and still be eligible?

    Thanks for any opinions

Don't worry you will definitely still qualify, we have paid off our unsecured loan of £25,500 so would get a redress direct as as I understand it if the account is still running it would be taken off the outstanding balance

    Hello All,

I have just found this posting on 'legalbeagles' website. It was posted:-

The judgment was appealed, heard yesterday and will be handed down sometime between now and July.

Transcripts of Monday/Tuesday's hearings should be up soon on the NRAM website (they've been ordered to publish them quickly by the court ).

Does anybody else know anything? Thanks.
