Does anybody know what this means?
I suspect this is because of the national buy out so will come under the 'gagging' type clauses of the 'pre election' period or as was called 'purdah'.
I guess the result will be out in about a weeks time!

Found this explanation:
Reserved Judgment: a judgment that is not given immediately after the conclusion of the hearing or trial. A reserved judgment may be released days, weeks, or even months after the hearing.
I am still keeping everything crossed!0 -

I have very belatedly come across this thread..... I have a loan with Nram with a balance of around £27k. It was delinked around 9 yrs ago and around 7 yrs ago we entered a DMP. NR refused payments took us to court, got a judgement and a subsequent charging order. I haven't received any correspondence from them about being affected by this, and I wonder if this is why... We began the DMP in April 2008 ... Is anyone else in this situation??0

Hi All!
I have come very late to all this I am afraid . Have had the dreadful Together mortgage since 2005 with max 30K unsecured loan - had absolutely no idea about the court case until a couple of months ago, and I am fairly switched on - it's all being kept fairly quiet. Frankly shocked now I look at the original agreement which states it is regulated by the CCA and of course it is not. I am sure there must be some form of redress forthcoming even if this Appeal us not successful - and my feeling is it will be.
My question is, is it worth me complaining to NRAM at this stage and adding my voice to yours?
I really don't see this as jumping on the bandwagon for anyone with this product - I think pretty much all of us will have found it like being in a financial vice - very difficult to get out of and just squeezing tighter and tighter - nice to see the squeezed middle finally fighting back!0 -

Yes totally agree with you. We had no choice but to sell our beautiful home after they had agreed to let us remortgage, then they changed their mind at the last minute and said they were no longer lending. Ended up paying the EPR, then they had the nerve to write and tell us they had made a mistake and not charged us enough so wound up paying another £800 or something I think it was. This meant we had to move to somewhere we didn't want to go, plus as we had redeemed the mortgage side, the loan side shot up to over £350 I think it was! When we unfortunately got into a bit of financial difficulty, we asked if they could freeze the interest for a couple of months and they point blank refused, thus resulting in us having to go on a DRP. They have been absolute swines, it's because of them we wound up in such a situation! Also having marks left on our credit file from them! Thankfully were not in such a bad situation now, but my dad has paid our loan off with his savings as we never seemed to be paying anything off and the balance was constantly going up! We pay him x amount back per month as it's not his problem so he shouldn't have to fix it, but it means we're at least paying off the balance.
I detest Northern Rock/Nram. They've been horrible to so many people. All this time they must have been hoping this wouldn't come out. So they think it's ok for them to have one rule and us another? Well I hope they get sent to hell with it because they deserve it0
