No need to get excited just yet, still no baby! Although today is the day I thought she might be born, as I thought she was conceived on that sponsored bike ride I did from Reading to Stonehenge...remember the one in the terrible weather conditions where I was crying most of the way around as the wind was all in my face, I missed the soldiers practicing on Salisbury Plains and ended up completely missing the turning for Stonehenge and powering on in the wind & rain to Salisbury train station just in time to catch the train back to Cardiff. Given that we also found out about her just after I'd bought all the kit for our cycling holiday around France, the odds are in favour that she was conceived 266 days ago and she'll love cycling. But we're still waiting for her...
Sods law she turns up overnight as OH and I have a piano arriving between 7 & 9am tomorrow morning...yes we bought oneit's new-to-us and a gorgeous mahogany. It has a classic fm award, even though it's not one of the best makes it looks pretty and sounded ok for practicing
I'm going to teach OH to play and when little lady is old enough I'll teach her too.

When will you be induced if you don't go naturally? Here it is 10 days, where I was with DS1 it was 14 days (I went overdue with all 3
) I was so scared of being induced with ds1 that I think I scared myself into labour
I was 13 and a half days over though so it may have happened anyway..but I am sure it's because I had spent the entire week panicking about the induction looming lol. As it goes he didn't come straight out anyway and I was still induced haha. I hope you have a nice quick, easy labour and are back on here soon with all the goss
Oooh a new piano! I'd love one, no where to put one atm, plus I only play very basic piano but it's something i'd love to start up again ...one day....MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. I've let my MW know that I will refuse to be induced unless there's a medical reason for doing so. My date was 2 weeks different to there's and my first scan wasn't until they said I was 11w 4days...I thought I was only 9w something so I felt I'd been robbed of two weeks. I'll happily go in for extra monitoring if necessary, but I really want to go to the birth centre up the road so hoping it doesn't come to that.
We're going to put the piano in the space under the stairs, it's a small piano so we measured it all up to make sure it fits. It does but we won't be able to open the cupboard door, oh well stops the cats nicking the biscuits.Diary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

I'm a mummy! Isabella antoinette born 21:47 on saturday weighing 6lb 11 in a water birth at the birthing centre without any pain relief just the relaxed state of hypnobirthing. Born wide awake and alert, cried because the water was a bit cold by then but went straight for the breast. Photo when I get on the pc, feeding really well she's absolutely gorgeous but I'm biased
doesn't look at all overdue she's perfect
