Credit card statement has come in and eaten a whole £200 in interest  Signature updated and tilly tidies done for money to go to the BC. I've just checked my bank balance and I have £2594.59 coming in tomorrow, the overtime I did at the beginning of the month must be being paid as that's almost £300 than I was expecting
That can go straight onto a card.
I know that the minimum I need on the BC to do a BT is £250, so I'm going to put £250 onto the BC and see if they will let me do another BT. I know it's only shifting, but at least the interest rate is much, much lower
Baby is giving me the weirdest dreams at the moment. But on the positive side OH and I had a big discussion last night, normally it would have been a huge row. It appears baby is also making me a lot calmer, happier and almost euphoric
Debt balance is going in the right direction thoughyay!

OH has been paid today, he was paid £1700 and was annoyed with me for asking how much he was paid which seems weird considering I've been supporting us both for the past year with an added £500 from him. I've celebrated the fact I only need to put £1200 into the joint account this month by doing my financial gubbins early.
£250.15 onto the BC...I have no idea how BTs work but if they allow me to do another onto the VC when the money has gone on, then I'll do that to make the interest 5.6% instead of 39% or whatever stupid rate the VC is. I did know once! Otherwise I'll have to put the extra £500 I want to pay towards debt this month straight onto the VC. I've got no idea if I'm doing this the right way, it all seems a bit backwards but I guess if I get stuck and can't pay the full balance on the BC then it's less interest to pay than the VC and I need to put money onto each of them each month to keep the banks happy.
OD has reduced by £50 down to £150, not long and that will be goneMy signature looks like I've paid off £1000 but that's because of the £750 reduction on the VC paid for by the BC so not sure it's looking entirely accurate.
Tilly tidies done towards the BC, and now I can go and research steam cleanersI have heard they will clean ovens, floors and carpets! My one extravagant spent this month, but I decided why pay cleaners to clean the flat when we move out when I can do a good job of it myself.

Very, very naughty Kerri... have just spent £150 on a karcher steam cleaner...well I was going to spend that paying someone to clean the flat anyway, but at least this way I get something to show for it and we can use it in the new place tooDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Just catching up, it would be lovely to see your scan picture Kerri. Maybe that's just plain nosey of me !
Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly. I ate only plain mashed potato for the first few weeks with both of my girls and cherry drops to stave off the sickness. Seems weird now to eat something so sweet and sugary when I already felt sick . It worked though ! Hopefully that will all pass soon though.
Don't feel guilty about the steam cleaner, sounds a good investment to me, I love mine and steam clean everything in sight

I've somehow managed to put it as a pdf, I'm not sure how to turn a pdf into an image
If you'd like to PM me your email address I will happily send the scanned photos over
They look even better enlarged on the pdf than in real life as you can see things a bit clearer.
I've just spent £35 on a haircut, I've not had one since October!!! I am going to also wax my eyebrows this afternoon as I can't remember the last time I did that and I'd like to get rid of the monobrow that's been appearing lol.
Oh and the steam cleaner is coming from amazon germany because it was £40 cheaper! How MSE am ILooking at houses in Brizzle tomorrow, one of them has already been let so we can't see that one. I think we're going to end up with the house that's a little bit up a hill, just because it's got an ensuite shower to the master which is always a nice bit of luxury, and it has a garage for sirs bike to go in.

Oooh have just realised the £1100 deposit we paid for this place was actually paid by me! I might be debt free sooner than I thought. Keep thinking about paying more off my VC today, but I'm going to sit on the money for a little while so I can learn to manage with it still in my account instead of spending it on repaying debt or on nonsense, it'll do me some good to have the panic of "oh no I have money!" lolDiary: Getting back on track for 2013 and beyondDEBT FREE 13-10-13 :dance::dance::dance::dance:

They've cancelled two of the four viewings, including the house that was top of the list
hoping the other two are still available, I don't want to waste my Saturday.

Aww thank you
we're looking in Stapleton / Staple Hill / Greenbank area at the moment. Close to motorway, but still easy for my Mum & Dad to come up from Bournemouth. I think I might have to go view mid-week at this rate. Although the two tomorrow show promise, I'm incredibly picky and refuse anywhere with an electric oven
