Am at paid stuff. By 'eck it was cold out this morning. Ice on the inside of the windscreen  so drove with the window open a touch and hopefully any moisture will have blown out with the fan on...

It's a busy one today so will have to catch up with list / fred tonight.

    Have a nice day!

    Morning all

    Hard frost here.

Hoping DS3 is well enough for school and his play. Time to gee up DS2 and DH

Jue since I started taking a magnesium sup I've been sleeping much better (not medical advice just an observation)

    Thanks Dusty.

I've done a HHC in the conservatory this morning although it needs about 10! Don't let me forget to clean my car out before Friday. I'm giving my dad and his colleague/friend a lift and the car's like a pigsty!

  • Well there'll be no paid work for me today - having worked in a bug-ridden school for 3 months and not picked anything up I now have 2 bugs simultaneously! - a horrendous cold and a stomach bug! The stomach bug means I will be off work for at least the next 48 hours!

So internet Christmas shopping, sorting my ironing pile and some wrapping and tidying are in order!

I don't feel unwell (very frustrating!) - I just don't want to be far from the bathroom at the moment!

    Hi Ladies

I am a bit late but I am in this week, I am still flying in my own way, just not getting to post as much. Hope you are all well. Thanks for this weeks lists Natty & Dusty for last weeks. I spent all my spare time at the weekend totally gutting out the kids rooms, DS was so pleased, anyone that came in, he was taking them up to his room to show them his “new toys” (really just things he had forgotten he had). Hopefully I will have the freecyclers lifting the mountain of girls & boys toys this morning. My hall is full to bursting! I finish at 3 this week then collect kids so should be home by 4 which gives me a little extra flying time, our tree & decs go up on Thursday so need to get shifted & into gear! I have deleted what is not needing done or not getting done!

  • Good morning :D

i am in this week, thanks Natty for the lists :)

I have nearly finished my case study - just intro & conclusion to do. It has to be submitted by 11.55 tonight. LR/DR was hoovered last night. No dopubt it will need it again tonight. I look after an 8 YO who seems to find it impossible to keep food on a plate or in his mouth  He 'drops' more than his 3 YO sister (I say 'drops' because he has been known to throw food on the floor deliberately :mad: And yesterday he stuck sweetcorn up his nose!! Really? at 8?)

Anyway - DH has taken the dog out already, & is now WFH until he heads up to a meeting in London (with drinks after). He has also emptied the DW :T (I have a good'un :D)

Thanks for the good luck vibes last week. DH had a phone call as he was leaving work re his recent application, and they want him to go up & meet them (I think it is an interview?) He is calling them back this morning after he has checked his diary (he was literally leaving the building when they called). he is off all next week, so he doesn't even need to tell them at work ;) Keep those good luck vibes coming! :)

Off to toddler group in a mo. I think I will bundle Miss T in the buggy, as her clothes don't look very warm and she keeps coughing when she walks too far :( What do some people have against little children in vests? She wears exactly the same clothes all year round :(

Hugs, sticks & spoons to any that want them - and lots of GWS vibes for poorlies
