I've now timed it - the Durt Dev!l does the stairs top to bottom, including unplugging and plugging in half way up, in 12 minutes. I heart my little Dev!l. I've Dy$oned all the rooms and it picks up everything, but goodness it's heavy. OH is vaccuming his office as I speak, and that means the whole house has been done - yay!

New lodger arrived at 7.30 am this morning. Excellent.
    Better is good enough.

Helen Jelly thanks so much for sharing. DH had his out early teens. I suffered for about 20 years with mine, fine now, grew out of it at 35! DS3 had always been so healthy before the SF.

    Been to town
    retured items
bought really thick gloves for DS2
    Couple more stocking fillers got
    ordered another present

Forgot the bread. Need to go back out to try a coat on DS2

Dusty - sorry me again, I had Glandular Fever and Scarlet Fever when I was 15 and for years after I suffered terribly with Tonsil infections, eventually had them taken out when I was 28, everything in my throat was badly scarred from all the infections, keep taking him to the Docs and maybe put pressure on them to come up with an alternative to giving out tablets like they are sweets, it made a HUGE difference to me when I had the tonsils whipped out, for the 1st time in 13 years I felt human!!! Hope its a quick infection that doesn't linger - hugs to all your poorlies

I agree with what Helen said, I had GF when I was 14 and missed the first term of my O levels with 8 episodes of tonsillitus. Mine were taken out when I was 18 and I've never ever regretted it, just wish it was done sooner.

DS1 has gone to college as it's an enhancement week. DH has spoken to his tutor and she wants him back in January with the slate wiped clean. I drove him there this morning and told him it was time for him to prove himself worthy of the love and concern he gets from us and his grandparents.

    My slightly trimmed list....

[STRIKE]Clear and wipe those surfaces, even if around things![/STRIKE]

Now feel in screaming agony - the Ddraig Blewog decided to throw up twice (in the lounge, laminate flooring and the kitchen, tiles), so Holding on to work surfaces/furniture I have managed to clean that up (without joining in luckily) - now to decide if the poor pup needs to visit the v.e.t!
