Woodymart.co.uk - has anyone ever used?

Oh no. I have just ordered a Disney DVD and nearly 3 weeks and it still hasn't arrived. If it is fake I will open a Paypal case and get my money back or should I do it now being pretty certain that they will be fake before they arrive ?

Hateful people for ripping us off :-(

I'd start a PayPal case now as you may forget over Christmas and you only have 45 days to do so,

If I open a case at present I can only say it hasn't arrived. If it then arrives fake I can't open another case can I ?

i placed an order on 21st Nov, i googled company no bad reviews or anything so ordered the little mermaid box set. I still have not received it and they have not got back to me from my emails. I tried to go website today and cannot get onto it at all. I feel sick! paid them £30 for nothing I have esculated through paypal and will also contact credit card company. I hope they get caught and pay for riping people off.

Folks, if you have doubts about the genuineness of the goods and the website then please report the site to Aucton Fraud http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ or Consumer Direct / Citizens Advice Direct. These organisations exist to have these sites taken down but cannot do it if they do not get reports from the honest folk like you who may have been scammed! Please report this site and any others you think might also be scams, you might not get your money back, but at least you will have done something to stop others getting caught too. Cheers.

Surely it's a no brainer (for want of a better phrase) Paypal have an obligation to refund all of us. They are responsible for allowing them to set up Paypal payment, as with a credit card.

I wish I'd read this post before purchasing some dvd's for my mum. As soon as I submitted the pay now button, it clicked, these guys are bad news.

I've opened a dispute with PayPal so I'm hoping to get my 30 quid back.

I have also just been in contact with the guys who host the website. I have told them the guys are selling fake dvds and asked them to try and take the site down. They've said they will do all they can and I will report back to this forum when I've got any further updates.

I ordered 2 Jungle Book DVDs and they arrived but on closer inspection I saw that they were only any use in the USA and Canada. On Sunday 9th December I emailed Woodymart twice via their website and then again on Monday replying to an earlier email from them. I then saw this thread so contacted Paypal who emailed me this morning giving me the address to return the dvds and asking me to return them using a trace and track service and then they would refund me. The Royal Mail do not offer this service to Thailand, which is where this company come from and when I looked into it I found other courier services would charge £30+ so that's a no go as the refund would be £19.48! I have emailed Paypal again but I fear that my money has gone down the drain. I will stick to Amazon in the future!:mad:

Yes I am another who has been caught out!! I cant believe it, I had my suspicions when the DVDs didnt arrive after a week or so..its been nearly 3 weeks now. I checked out my order details and then tried to log into the website and couldnt and the penny dropped. I feel a fool as I should have done a bit of research first. I just saw .co.uk and thought 'it will be fine' WRONG! Lesson learned for me hopefully! Amazon may avoid taxes but at least you get what you pay for unlike woodysmart !!!!. Can anyone let me me know how they get on claiming back through pay pal? I
