Having spoken to my dad he's made the very good point that we're assuming the back doors between the lounge and conservatory are water tight... which given their age they may not be. He has suggested giving the whole place a very thorough disinfectant scrub, and if nessisary opening a window and closing the room off so it can air and not get worse but not be actually used, therefore still keeping the water off the sliding back door. It makes sense I guess, I just freak out at the idea of mold!

They cant be any less water tight than the conservatory. He does have a point though.
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

Nope they can't, but if water gets into the conservatory, meh, it's already shot. If it gets into the lounge the good floor or Grace's toys will be damaged.

The conservatory sounds a total pain guys :(
But glad that your return to work interview went well, did you have a nice first mothers day?

I've been very quiet about MM as I have no clue what to do about it! I don't own enough possessions to sell, can't take on extra work & live pretty thriftily in order to save for a car and house deposit. But I did finally reach the £40 payout on onepoll, and chased up (for the hundredth time) a overpaid phone bill and got refunded. Baby steps!

Went to see the Spice girls musical this weekend, was amazing!

I really want to see the Spice Girls musical Archers! :o Glad you enjoyed it! :)

Sorry you had to get an extension Lara. :( Hope the words flow beautifully today for you! :)

    Hey Star

I've got one section, around 1700 words to do today, then an 800 word conclusion tomorrow and re-write tidy up some sections before hand in hopefully on Thursday morning. So I am winning, but just not quite as quickly as I need to. But still, 7000 words done now. Been working 12 hour days with breaks for lunch and dinner since last Weds though - ready to drop. Can't wait to have this finished!!!

Gosh, I hope you've got something very nice and stress-relieving planned for when you're finished with all that Lara! :)

Have you got a linky to the Ribble Valley Lodges Cinny? Googling comes up with a load of results and the website with that name is a bit dodgy looking! :o

This is it! It's where OH and I went maaany years ago, they've upgraded the lodges since then and it's just amazing :) I've been twice!

Awful about your conservatory, guys! I guess at least if you try your Dad's idea first, it gives you more time to re-jig other rooms to make space for the dresser and it's contents. I did get a faint wiff of NIM trying to rid himself of a weekend job there with his comments though ;) Great news about the interview too, I completely blanked on that yesterday - sorry! How did the meeting with the Vicar go? (unless I've missed that too :o)

Second that hoping you've got a nice treat planned, Lara. Seems like you're always against some deadline, you need a nice weekend of relaxation and also cake.

Don't stress over the MM challenge, Archers. I only have plans to get to 60% of my target. Not a clue where I expect the other 40% to plop from :o You're saving money though, focus on that :)
