Sorry, probably talk too much :o

It was absolutely fantastic - orangutans were very sweet to work with and so full of character, would go from holding your hand to walk along all cute to throwing poo at you :rotfl:

That must have been an amazing honeymoon :)

I bet they were real characters!

It was a very different honeymoon and I am glad we went, but there were times that I wished I was in The Maldives! Fantastic life experience though :)

You just told me you don't think I'll like them, trying to score points by misleading these fine people. Indeed.

You're on fire today NIM> Being very cheeky to your poor wife!

Dinah - you must have a very well behaved baby to let you bake the cupcakes. I can barely get the dinner on some days, for my 2 pulling and dragging out of me!

My work computer wont show them :(

I'm always openminded and I'm only cheeky when I have nice things planned to deal with any fallout ;)
This was 6 months out of date so I've changed it.

I think for all his cheek yesterday NIM doesn't deserve cupcakes and they should be shared amongst all us ladies here instead!! ;) especially as they would be virtual ones and therefore no calories :j

CMD my new job is part time but I get to work from home most of the time so it's much better in terms of being there for the kids. I've really struggled with missing bedtimes and not being able to do the school run etc since I went back to work. It's less money but much much better family wise.

I think NIM should be allowed the cupcakes!

In other news, had a job interview today will find out next Tuesday afternoon which way it has gone. They have seen 2 people already with 2 more to see (one Friday and the other on Tuesday).

Thanks everyone for the congrats. The whole process has been a bit weird to be honest but I'm glad I went for it. It will mean I get to go out and about a bit more in the hospital but I will have to answer the phone a bit more (which is something I hate!). Plus I prefer dealing with people's emails rather than trying to get them to explain over the phone what they've messed up!

Good luck with your interview Poolie!

    Morning all!

Been off work ill for the last couple of days so been reading but couldn't really be bothered to type a reply! :o Back to it today, although not 100% convinced it was the best decision. I was just so bored and restless at home I thought I might as well get out for the change of scenery (and I've finished watching all of 666 Park Avenue so had nothing left to watch!). :o

What flavour were the cupcakes Dinah? Looked lovely but I'm intrigued as to why NIM would need an open mind? :)

Dinah, did Beccie send you the flowery blanket and owl blanket patterns or just the flowery one? :o I saw my MIL yesterday and gave her the pattern for the owl blanket and told her to crack on, she's so excited to make it bless her! :)

Not good about having to answer the phone more Ruby! I used to have a very phone-y answer-y job and although I quickly got over my aversion to speaking on the phone, I still hated it! :o No-one calls me now; I get about 2 calls a week if I'm (un)lucky, it's lovely! :) I think that we may have taken the no-phones thing a little too far in this office though as some people are so scared of talking to each other that they will send e-mails or instant messages from 4 desks away! :p
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!
