Oh and I got the job! Thanks for all the well wishes, it really helped! It was strange being interviewed by people I already work with but it wasn't so bad. Just got to wait till June while they recruit for my replacement and then I'll be moving back to my old desk but doing a slightly different job!

bar all the bugs!
Hope you're all feeling better this evening, I'm just killing my last hour of work on the evening shift.
Job No2 have hired the new receptionist, so the time for my killer shifts is almost up! Glad I crammed all the hours I could while I could, even if I'm not really mentally built for it. They hired a lovely girl too, can't wait to work with her0 -
Congratulations on officially getting the job Ruby! :T
Good news that your work should be settling down to manageable levels now Cinny!
Still feel rotten today. My whole face aches.Debated calling in sick today but wimped out but warned them that I may not last today.
My manager took pity and made me a coffee first thing... must be feeling guilty for not looking after me yesterday!

Shrimpy hope work is okay. Just take it easy when you go back
CMD yay to big boy cuddles. My DS is definitely more cuddly than DD was as a baby but now he's starting to not want and cwtches (as we say here) only on his terms. DD however is getting more cwtchy and is more likely to come over and sit on my lap.
Adding £86 council tax to march madness as we don't pay this month. That's about it for now. I am childless today as I had to swap my shift so have an unexpected day off (only 3 shifts left and I'm finished :j ) I plan to spend the day in the dining room sorting/tidying/ and taking pictures for eBay etc. I must make the most of today.
Hope you all have a good dayGoals for FebruaryDeclutter 2/50Money Made £0/£200Overpayments £0/£2000 -

Dinah - the pattern says 5 mins per flower, although I'm pretty sure I won't be that fast! Would you like me to email it to you? Looks fairly simple although I will need to master 'magic rings' and so far they have eluded me, hence no progress on the crobots either!A lovely lady from another thread e-mailed me that Owl blanket pattern BTW if anyone wants it?
I'm putting another £2.50 in my pot today as I'm too poorly to play badminton so technically it's a cut-back, right?!
Definately counts. I can't crochet yet but can you email me the pattern and I'll keep it for when I can? My email addy is just my first name then my surname at gmail.com.
