I'm here ..... it's really snowing now!
Was OK 1st thing & had an OK walk (just the park in the morning and tend to go out in the afternoons)
I was going to go up the farmers field to the next village but thankfully didn't so we can do that one later (it's more like a "proper" walk so will do for the afternoon one).
I hate snow .....Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

So .... have had the 2nd walk with Maisie .... just went up the farmers field to the next village (can't quite make it all the way yet
) and back..... and both of us are filthy:eek:
I should've had my wellies on and have no idea why I didn't put them on - think I'm to used to putting on the walking boots in the afternoon as we normally go to the beach!
So ... they're filthy ... the bottoms of my (not long on) jogging bottoms are filthy and as for *the mud magnet* .... well, let's say, no surprises there!:eek:Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Found it!:D
In the first make-up bag I went in- see, there must be some logic to my hoarding :rotfl:
And ... it's certainly not been used a lot, let's put it that way!:o
And (again) .... it's from one of those very expensive makes that I used to be suckered into buying before I found :money::o
I'll need to try to remember to put it on .... certainly at night (I was my hands loads during the day so it'll just wash off)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Rising I honestly do understand the hair loss, it terrified me for so long to be honest with you
Have you tried kefir for the probiotics ? Although you would probably best speak to your dr about that, I've heard it good for crohns but everyone is different
What makes your hair come out El? (meds or stress?)Please please do check it out rising ... You can have an unlimited supple for roughly £7 that would last you a lifetime, you may need to use water kefir though
Haven't had as much time to look into this as I'd have liked - got side tracked by winter tyres for teh car!:o
Anyway, I think I'm def going to give it a go as it certainly seems that it could help IBS:T
Thinking that I might try something like this to start with http://www.buy-kefir.co.uk/?gclid=CPqWtoeF67QCFe7MtAodWDYAeQ (yes I know it's more than £7 but I can look into growing it myself if it helps!:o)
Just adding a couple more links I want to read so I can find them again!

Hope the snow hasn't come to anything very much in your part of the world rising. The snow we had the other day is all gone, for which I am very grateful
It is freezing here tonight and battling through frozen snow is at the bottom of my list of favourite things to do.:)

Mine neither!
It's horrid here this morning (and quite thankfully I don't have to go out) there isn't a huge amount of snow but what's here has frozen solid
Having a bit of a debate .... you may remember that the girl at worked booked the massages in for me .... well, there's one on Friday:) but the weather forecast for Friday says up to 15cm of snow
I have to go to town 1st thing (blood tests) and will then have to come home & go back late afternoon for the massage ... wondering if I should cancel it - really don't want to (not had one since September!) but don't really want to have to go out in bad snow if I don't have to IYKWIM

Hmmmm Tricky one about the massage.
I must admit to being a southern softie and the first sign of snow has me locking the doors and not venturing out until its gone.:o
I defintely would NOT take the car out, and I am such a negative devil that all I can think of is nasty crashes, written off car, injuries to me and children:).
So I would vote for NO stay home and be safe. Could you maybe cancel that massage and book a mobile masseure to come to you?.
Hope the snow has melted abit. xx0
